Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Walnut Beach resort. Great location on the water, walking path to town, pool nice and warm. Great little gym. Resort amenities with boutique feel, 3 floors, easy access to parking garage which was by far the cleanliness I’ve ever seen! We arrived a bit later due to traffic so we were hungry and enjoyed a delicious salad and bison burger. We visited the Desert Centre and played golf 10 minutes from the hotel…perfect.

Great staff very friendly views to die for, clean comfortable room. Could do better with menu, not a great selection and the Chef needs to learn how to cook scrambled eggs. Pool and beach area great, jacuzzi did not work, pool does not open until 10am this was a dissapointment. 1600 check in time not great afternoon nearly over, when staying one night not a lot of time at the pool.

A total dump. Damage in numerous areas of the apartment, old tvs, dirty upon arrival including floor and cutlery, unfriendly staff, old and tired swimming pool with a faulty grill in the centre which cut mine and my wife’s feet. Went on early. AVOID!

The pictures do not do justice to the experience of staying at the resort! A group of girlfriends each booked a room at the Snowbird rate for the month of October and we had a fantastic time. Between the stunning views, wine tastings at Okanagan vineyards, fabulous food, hiking the local mountains, we spent many sunny hours at the heated pool and hot tubs… right up to the end of October. It’ll be so sad to leave… especially knowing November could be just as good! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great location right on the lake, with a decent beach and a lovely pool with 2 hot tubs. Excellent service. They brought a propane firepit down to the beach for our group one evening. Typical prices. Free underground parking. 20 minute walk along the lakefront to central Osoyoos. 5 min walk to Lakeside winery. 5 min drive to several other wineries.

We had a delightful stay here. We had a two bedroom suite. Beds were very comfortable. AC was great. Loved being on the lake (I swam several times) and the pool was lovely. It was great having the kitchen facilities in the room, and two bathrooms - great! We didn’t eat in the dining room. We were able to check in early which meant I could swim in the lake! Yay! Loved it and would come back in a heartbeat. Not too far to the myriad wineries in the region, with a grocery store and liquor store mere steps away.

We had a great time staying here at the Walnut Beach Resort. All the staff were so friendly and the facilities were awesome. The pool was great for our toddler and the food was delicious too. I definitely would recommend checking this spot out for a stay in Osoyoos.

Big mistake going here to have a quiet weekend with a friend!! The resort's website misrepresents itself on their website as appropriate for "gathering with family, a business (or pleasure) retreat or escaping it all to reconnect with friends". The resort's lakeview rooms all overlook the swimming pool which was crowded with loud, yelling & screaming children from morning till night. It was impossible for us to enjoy our balcony and have a glass of wine. I spoke to a staff member about moving rooms (downgrading since all the waterfront ones are noisy due to the kids), and he said he has asked management to be forthright about the fact that this is a family & kids hotel, but they want to attract more people. DON'T DO IT IF YOU AREN'T INTO YOUNG KIDS EVERYWHERE!

Room not clean, very dirty floor, bugs in room so had fumigated. Queen pull out bed in very poor shape had to put mattress on floor. Slow service in all areas. Not even basics like salt and pepper in kitchenette. Not value for money will not stay again
