올드 스트릿에 위치해 있어서 좋았다. 츠히 인근에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 방문하는것이 매우 편합니다. 또한 아침 식사도 비교적 만족했다

DO NOT BOOK HERE. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in hotel. We booked at this location through UNITED to visit our family in Ostrava and there was no disclosure at the time of booking that this location is under construction. We arrived with suitcases and saw the dust and the mess; we had to carry them down stairs ( like 50 stairs). We couldn’t cancel and book somewhere else and thought it may not be that bad. Well we were wrong. The inside of the hotel is completely rundown and dingy. The hallways smell like mold and dust. 2 days in, we leave the hotel for car-drive and when we come back the only side entrance to the hotel was closed and there was no direction on how to enter the hotel. We are left to wonder around the building and couldn’t find our way for a good 30 minutes. We saw a construction worker who was “working onsite” and asked him about the situation, he pointed at the underground garage as the “ new entrance”. I went to the reception to tell the manager about how inconvenient the situation is and she didn’t offer an apology or anything. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will try to contact UNITED and request a refund.

I am truly sorry that we did not fully meet your expectations. Information about the renovation of the hotel reception is visibly displayed on the hotel website. We are aware that this non-standard situation can be inconvenient for guests, so everyone received a voucher for a free drink during their stay. We did our best to keep guests as little restricted as possible - the temporary reception is structurally separated from the reconstruction site, the access to the hotel is clearly marked. There was a change of entrance through the hotel garage during your stay and all guests were informed of this via a leaflet in the room and again the route was visibly marked. I am sincerely sorry that you did not receive this information due to your absence. I am sure that my colleague at the reception did her best to solve the whole matter with an apology and a personal gift. I am very sorry that this whole situation negatively affected the perception of all hotel services and your impression of your stay. This hotel was located in the center of Ostrava, just a short distance from Masaryk Square. My room had a window facing the backyard, so there was no noise from the street (on the day I stayed here, the Christmas market started, so there were a lot of people around the hotel, and there was an ice rink right in front of the hotel, where loud music played). Check in and check out were quick and without any problems. The equipment of my room seemed a bit older, it seemed to me like a hotel room from the nineties, the kind you can see in movies from that time. The furniture was older and very simple, the bathroom small, the bed quite soft for my taste. It was clean here. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The offer was wide and everything I had was tasty. The ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant. Hotel and restaurant staff were nice and helpful.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel (unfortunatelly one night only) especially thank to very accommodating and smiling staff. Very good breakfast. In the middle of city centre. I would only prefer not so soft mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center of Ostrava. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. There's a really nice breakfast buffet, restaurant was open at night and they have a nice "outside terrace" during the summer season. Convenient parking (free for customers) Pet friendly hotel (after asking)

Excelente Servicio y Ubicación... las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la ducha con tina un poco resvalosa, me encanto que el papel que utilizan (Sanitario, pañuelos desechables, servilletas) son recicladas. El desayuno esta muy rico, aunque los meseros no me atendieron en ningún momento. Gracias por sus atenciones

Un hôtel très bien situé au centre ville - parking payant - accueil avec le sourire - cadre assez chic beaucoup d’espace des canapés - chambre spacieuse - près de toutes commodités - possibilités des courir le long de la rivière (circuit 8km) - le petit déjeuner continental était simple mais très bon et copieux : un agréable moment dans cet hôtel

Es una buena opción si visitas Ostrava por negocios. Las habitaciones están en buen estado, se puede descansar sin ruidos, y con una limpieza más que aceptable. El desayuno es buffet, tiene una variedad amplía. Disponen de un parking bastante amplio si tenéis que aparcar el coche. Igualmente, hay multitud de restaurantes en los alrededores para cenar.
