Hotel is good with Chinese speaker. With parking at front for easy loading or pickup. The washer and dryer didn't work for us, spent a long time with errors.otherwise a decent stay.

We had the suite on the Salon level. Spacious room with well-updated modern interior. Huge TV with Netflix and other streaming services, great to chill and relax in on non-skiing days. Very helpful front desk, helped us reserve taxis coming back from Kiroro (returning bus tickets were sold out). Several restaurant options (western and Japanese), but be sure to make reservations a day ahead.

This property has only 2 laundry machines and the waiting time is too long. Housekeeping did not replace the drinking glasses, did not arrange the desk and did not arrange the bed.

highly recommend . Due to ferry delay so urgently need to request late check in in case became no show with charge. Thanks trip.com customer service and hotel allow us late check in at 5am and allow us late check out till 2 pm. Room is clean and spacious.

Hotel is good! Just that it is now using eco cleaning and it wasn’t stated when booking was done.

Western hotel vibe, with big space. Not recommended with more than 2 big luggages. Car park is available with overnight cost for 1500 yen.

Great location at the heart of the city and tourists attractions are pretty close together. Convenient usage for the car park keeps you trouble free.

The hotel is clean and tidy. There are convenience 24 hrs shops to buy food and drinks. It is close to JR station and canal for viewing and tour.

About 5-10 minutes to JR station & about 5-10 minutes to Otaru Canal. Located between both of them. It’s abit distance if you’re bringing ur luggage along

It's centrally located, within 10 mins walk to train station/wet market, canal and tourist walking street, plus quite some eateries around. Hotel is presentable and staff are professional and helpful. Room we had is spacious, clean and well maintained. We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel as it's rather pricey, and hotels in the area are also similar in pricing for whatever reason.
