Great breakfast and spacious rooms

酒店很不錯，房間也很大很乾凈，有兩棟大樓。

是在山裡的一家酒店，房間裏雖然沒有空調，但是特別涼快。有很多歐洲人來這個小城市度假~風景優美

總體還可以，但是地方在小鎮，設施比較一般，不過已經是小鎮最好的了

The Park Hotel Maximiliana as the hotel was once called has all the elements of grandeur and elegance. But in the years since the management has changed, the hotel continues to lose its high standards in every part of the hotel from hygiene, to maintenance, from front office to food and beverage. If not for the location in Ottobeuron and our memories of the good times at this hotel, we probably wouldn't return. The most discerning part of the change is that Housekeeping is outsourced. That alone may be alright, but it is outsourced with no supervision by the Hotel. This means that the outsourced company, which clearly has once again changed as the faces are all new, means that there is a freewheeling approach to hygiene. We witnessed it ourselves during our recent visit. Rushed cleaning, corners avoided, used towels used to wipe the sink and glasses, used towels used to wipe the bathroom just spreading more germs, superficial touches, and the room is ready for the next guest. We walked into a room which was supposed to be ready but was not, which means communication with front office has also lapsed. Cleaning and maintenance in the corridor as our photos show, also non existent. The front office staff have all changed too. No continuity. Morning shift was polite, afternoon shift less so. Some staff even just temporary or casual with little training or experience. Dare not ask anything out of the usual basic questions. No, that extra level of service doesn't exist here. Restaurant Breakfast is alright. But the hotel no longer has an atmosphere for dining in the evening. The new approach is bright lights and a limited menu, and one really doesn't feel any heart or passion any more. But the grandeur of the dining space remains as if a beautiful room is left without any soul. Sometimes I wonder if the Park Hotel had been managed by a luxury hotel management company, the heights that this hotel could have reached. After all, Ottobeuron is a charming town, located between Memmingen and Kempten, and with well maintained facilities and wellness offerings, this could easily have been the destination hotel in this region. But no. I suppose with all the Multivac corporate customers there for business, a generally clean room and breakfast may all that is essential at this once-upon-a-time Grand Hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Service, restaurant, pool, spa, location, room all where outstanding. We will come back and will recommend this hotel to all travelling in the area of Memmingen, Bregenz and Lichtenstein. Thank you for a great stay. All the best/

…..a good one. Driving south to Italy, this was to be our hotel for the night. Easy to find and free parking just at the entrance. The lady in the reception, didn’t understand a word in English, and a lot of papers needed to be filled in, before check in. Even pre booked on the BW website as platinum member. This to be the only negative thing about the stay. Great size room at a quiet location. Tip: take a walk to the city centre. Great evening / morning restaurant and service. Didn’t try the spa and pool area.

We are visiting Germany and decided to stay here on the way to Munich. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and the hotel building we stayed in was BRAND NEW. The BREAKFAST was AMAZING and our server was awesome!

"We have a large group sir, you can't have breakfast before 9AM." Really? I want to leave at 8.30, I want my breakfast at 8AM. "Sorry sir, I can't help you, I can give you your breakfast money back." This is so basic, I still can't believe it.

Hotel is in a great location, retreat from city noise. Restaurant is great, dinner was really nice. What I liked the most was the spa area with saunas, pool, jacuzzi. Room was very spacious, breakfast was also great.

We stumbled upon this place when looking for lodging close to Neuschwanstein Castle on a holiday weekend. An easy drive up the motorway to a cute town and a very comfortable hotel with good amenities. The room was surprisingly large, had a beautiful view and staff was friendly. I’d stay here again!

Lovely clean & comfortable room, great bed, nice bathroom. I didn’t use the spa but I walked around it and it looked lovely. The pool was lovely. Restaurant was uninspiring and very expensive. No complementary water in the room, they wanted €3,50 for a bottle and €5,20 for the same bottle in the restaurant. So, great to stay in and use the facilities but go out to eat.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten den Silvesterplausch gebucht. Preis Leistung hat absolut gepasst. Essen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Service ist top und sehr freundlich. Durch das ausgebuchte Haus war das Personal sehr gefordert, jedoch versuchten sie alles für den Gast zu erfüllen. Zimmer sind gross, vor allem das Bad, der Balkon Richtung Berge absolut genügend. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, beim Check in wartenden wir in einer Schlange, zu wenig Personal, schade. Wir waren sehr positiv über die Größe von unsrem Zimmer überrascht, das Bad war sehr groß, das Essen war sehr gut, aber auch hier war warten angesagt. Die Weinkarte war interessant, das Frühstücksbuffet war in verschiedenen Stationen aufgeteilt, dadurch hatte es weniger Stau, das Personal war sehr freundlich, Der Wellness Bereich ist eher einfach gehalten, uns fehlte eine Station wo es Getränke gibt.
