Hotel Club Hanane

The front door handle turned 360° so did not close nor open The room cupboard pull handle was broken. The TV only had 1 channel out of 30+ blank (english translated to german). We had to ask for extra pillies (flat) and extra towels (only 2) - no hand towels etc. Only 1 miniature gel (double room) & wall gel dispensers empty. Bathroom light went off within minutes. Hairdryer broken had to go to reception to replace- The phone didn't seem to be working. Only good thing in was hot shower.

Lovely setting. Very clean. Lovely pool area with a nice bar. Restaurant nice and you can sit outside next to the pool and eat your breakfast. Rooms a good size with opening doors with a balcony ledge. Fridge was welcome and air conditioning. Good value for money. Breakfast was nice enough.

We were stuck because of snow and flood on the way to Marrakesh and found this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and spacious but needs TLC and feels that time has stopped since it was built, and nothing has happened since then. Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely but need looking after and proper cleaning. The AC doesn't work and if starts full of dust which is enough to give you allergy or chest infection. The water in the taps when started was completely yellow and muddy probably not being used in long time. No lift, so if you have luggage then it is hard.It was freezing and the heating didn't work. Although there were extra blankets, they were full of dust. Breakfast was good with fresh bread and omelette to order. Staff seems overwhelmed and not always responsive but they were nice and professional. Overall nice building but needs overhaul and update of facilities

Fantastic hotel located nearby Ouarzazate center and 5 minutes away from the airport. The suite is spacious, clean and has a nice traditional Moroccan decoration. Enjoyable sitting by the pool area where the restaurant and a nice bar are located. Breakfast was very satisfying with a variety of choices. The overall staff is extremely respectful, professional and very welcoming. Thanks to Aicha at the reservations and to all employees and managers. I will definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon.

Le pire souvenir ! Hotel à bannir. Pourquoi Sahara Tours a choisi cet hotel ? Nous avons 80 ans et l'avions signalé. Réception au 1er étage. Puis traverser un jardin, descendre d’un étage, retraverser une cour, remonter deux étages jusqu’à la chambre. Pour diner, refaire le trajet jusqu’à la réception et descendre ensuite au rez de chaussée et recommencer tous ces escaliers après diner pour aller dormir. (donc environ 15 étages dans la soirée) La salle de bains semble hors d’âge. Le pommeau de douche est rouillé, inamovible et inaccessible à + de 2 m de hauteur et gicle partout, le robinet du lavabo est rouillé et fuit jour et nuit. Nous avons une serviette pour 3 . Et au moment de se mettre au lit… découvrir que les draps n’ont pas été changés, gardent l’empreinte et les cheveux des clients précédents, draps et oreillers sales. Nous avons appelé la réception (avec mon téléphone parce que le téléphone de la chambre n’était là que pour le décor) et un jeune homme (réceptionniste de nuit ?) et une jeune femme, très gênés, sont venus changer les draps et les oreillers. Ils ont subi notre courroux, se sont excusés au nom de l’hôtel. Mais Il ne faut pas prendre les touristes pour des pigeons ! Le Maroc a fait tant de progrès que tout cela n'est plus acceptable

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Poollandschaft, doie ganze Außenanlage ist sehr schön. WLAN funktioniert super, das Abend- und Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht zu üppig, aber sehr gut, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem, das Personal ist auch sehr nett und es gibt eine Poolbar.
