Berbère Palace

酒店很不錯，乾淨整潔，設施好，挺滿意的，晚上回來去游泳池遊了泳，頓時涼爽了很多，床也舒服，一夜休息的很好…

本來懷着忐忑不安的心訂的palace，但出乎意料的 環境和服務實在太讚了，置身於異世界一樣。如果酒店的洗澡的水能更大會更加好。

説是五星級賓館，但設施稍顯陳舊，房間WiFi時有時無，早餐是我整個行程裏面最簡陋的，不知是不是因為住客少的緣故。看着工作人員很多，但泳池和椅子上都還有鳥屎。2000多一晚的房費，太不值了

We were very nicely accommodated in this hotel. The hotel has a beautiful architecture, a great swimming pool and all the personnel are very friendly. What is great about this hotel is that they can provide in drivers and guides to take you around the area. This hotel has a great service-oriented mentality. All the staff were focused on providing in the best possible experience. I truly recommend this hotel !

Arrived late afternoon and were usher into a beautiful oasis. Stunning pool and grounds after a swim we looked forward to nice meal on the patio. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best and quite pricey. Otherwise an amazing stay. Rooms were beautifully appointed.

We were delighted looking at the website after our private tour company said this would be our accommodation The good: Modern rooms, nice pool area, a bar if you partake, more than one food option on site. Decent WiFi The bad: English - out of the 5 Riads and hotels we’ve stayed at thus far, this hotel has the least amount of English spoken by staff, including the front desk. It seems like their primary is French but if catering to all tourists, this seems off given other more secluded and smaller hotels we stayed at having better communication Food - we had the dinner buffet included. I can’t speak for the other restaurants, but most of the food was barely edible. Worst hotel dinner we had, although appreciate a change from Moroccan cuisine. Yes it’s “international” but all dishes were of poor quality. Drinks - very overpriced. I guess that goes along with the rate. At these prices, I’ll stick with the four seasons. All in all, I do not think the prices are commensurate with the quality of product and service

Ourzazate is a nice location from where you can plan lots of trips. The Berbère palace is in an ideal location. Once maybe a grand hotel, it’s in need of renovation. The entire hotel is packed with movie sets and pictures on the walls of famous actors who stayed and filmed at the Atlas Studios (which is really interesting to visit). The interior is all mixed with different styles, normally that’s not my taste but it has its charme here. The pool is beautiful and has a very good size. Half of the sun loungers around the pool fall apart and are very old. Need immediate replacement. Try the pizza with anchovies at the lounge bar, it’s very tasty. One very big point of improvement is the level of English that staff speaks, especially at reception which is the most important place in the hotel where people should understand you. I had the feeling that everywhere else in the hotel they speak better English than at reception. Staff is very sweet and tries to accommodate your wishes. A good place to go if not the only real option when you are in Ourzazate, but they really need to keep up the looks and keep up the maintenance. Just as a side note, be prepared to pay €23 for a gin & tonic and €10 for a beer

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Morocco. The hot water comes in quickly and the shower has a door. No puddles in the bathroom. There is a full length mirror in the room. The bed is not rock hard like most Moroccan hotels and riads because I think they have added a mattress topper. The heat is quiet and effective. I imagine the air conditioning is the same. There is a safe in the room as well as a long table which serves as a desk and chair at the foot of the bed. Beautiful place with a huge breakfast and dinner buffet. I gather that this is where Hollywood stars stay when they are making a movie in Mollywood, as this area is called. The only dark mark is the ridiculously slow Wi-Fi. My data plan gave me faster internet access. I assume this issue is more of a National issue than just this hotel although one place we stayed at was maybe at 50 mbps. Anyhow the 15mbps was sufficient for YouTube’s and emails, so can’t complain.

Le Berbere Palace in Ouarzazate is a stunning hotel with a prime location. It's known for hosting many celebrities, which adds a touch of glamour to your stay. Our room was a bit of a walk away, close to the back of the property, which we really liked. However, following the signs to get there was a bit of a hassle. We discovered a much better route—walking straight and then turning right at the back—that could have saved us about 10 minutes. Despite this, the walk was worth it. The rooms are stunning and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the tea and coffee station was a nice touch. The living space was cozy, and the bathroom was huge, featuring a big soaker tub, a beautiful glass shower, and plenty of counter space. One odd design choice was the toilet being in a glass room, which didn't offer much privacy and seemed like an accident waiting to happen in the middle of the night. Additionally, the room had a sliding glass door that looked like it might have been intended for an outdoor shower, but the space was too small for chairs so it was a little weird. One downside to the room was the lack of outdoor seating unless you walked to the pool area. The large pool was stunning, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. However, we had difficulty contacting the spa despite multiple attempts and even stopping by in person; the front desk kept advising us to keep trying. The restaurant staff were friendly but tended to stand around chatting with each other. Despite this, the food in the buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes including traditional, Western, and Italian options. The service, however, was lacking. Overall, Le Berbere Palace offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with beautiful amenities, though there are a few areas for improvement.
