Do not book this place under any circumstances! They cancelled our reservation just three weeks before our trip, even though we had booked and paid two months in advance. This caused us immense stress, especially during the festive season when all other accommodations are fully booked. They completely ruined our holiday plans. One star is far too generous for this place—I wish there was a zero-star option. Their unprofessionalism and total disregard for their guests are unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!
