The furnished kitchen has bar-height dining area for 2 and the charming dining room has seating for 6. There are two peaceful balcony patios overlooking the golf course, with gas grill for cookouts. A furnished laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing board are available, and there is an office desk/nook for business use, if needed.
