Holiday Inn Oxford recensioner

Lovely place, nice view and furnished lobby, recommend for couple trip.

The Holiday Inn Oxford is a reliable choice for anyone visiting Oxford. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet provides a decent start to the day. The parking fee of £60 per day is reasonable, considering the convenience of on-site parking. Being able to reach the city center within 15 minutes by car is a major plus.

inconvenient location, The instruction says to replace towels, put the towels in the bath tub. I did, yet the towels are obviously not replaced. They replace the towels per further request. Room is large, yet room is dim

Limited facilities provided. Only a restaurant and some toys for kids. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff can be more trained to provide better services. Had an experience that when the cleaner cleaned my room, he or she just put some unopened rubbish bags inside the rubbish bins and I have to open the bags and wrap it into the rubbish bin by myself. Front desk had also lost my registered parcel they collected for me.

We did not stay here so we cannot give a real review (we had to cancel our booking). They would not refund any of the rate we paid. Next time we will not pay extra for breakfast before we arrive as they did not refund the breakfast we did not have because we did not stay there.

I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Pear Tree Oxford, staff were very friendly, helpful and open to chat, in particular the manager who gave mr some good recommendations on pubs to eat in Oxford, lady who checked me in and gentleman working on check out who i had a nice chat with and knows of town where i'm from. Facilities are excellent and luxurious, with bar area, dining area and lobby very clean and relaxing. My room was very stylish, clean with large screen TV, air conditioning and own kettle with sachets of tea and coffee, bathroom was very clean too. I highly recommend anyone to stay here if in the Oxford area and want a quiet relaxing stay with excellent customer service.

The staff member thoughtfully prepared a cot for my little one, which I found very considerate.

The hotel was lovely, and the people were more than accommodating. My friend was pumping as she didn't have her baby with her and they stored the freezer block she needed to be able to keep the milk cool in their freezer overnight whilst she used the fridge in the room to make sure it stayed fresh. They provided us with wine glasses for the wine we had brought with us and also allowed us to use their corkscrew when we realised we'd bought a bottle with a cork. Everyone was very lovely and I would definitely stay again. The location is great as you can catch the park and ride bus from nearby to get into central Oxford. (£2 for a single, £3 for a return) would definitely stay again!
