Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel recensioner

The staff are very nice The check in process is very easy and very fast. Hotel location not in down town area but not difficult to get in. Room space is wider than other hotel in uk.

We love this hotel because it is right across the street from my mother's place. The Christmas decorations were really fun and we enjoy the breakfasts room with its skylights.

Decent place, but surprisingly charge £2 to use their umbrella.

Cleaning was not good enough, specially for a privilege room

the facilities were excellent and very thoughtful.

Wonder stay and amazing hotel

Fabulous newly-refurbished room with super bed, compact but nicely fitted bathroom and air con. Peaceful village setting away from roads, a bonus around Oxford, with easy access to city by bus or riverside ride or walk. Welcoming staff and spacious, relaxed lounges and bars, lots of outdoor space.

酒店的位置非常出乎意料，原本以為找的是一家位於郊區的酒店，周邊應該是很空曠、很冷清，預訂前看到很多評價説是酒店停車場很大，停車很方便，以致於到達酒店時我還以為是導航錯了，一再確認是不是這家酒店。酒店實際位於住宅區，周邊是非常密集的住宅樓，馬路很小，雙向各一車道，我們是傍晚到達的，馬路兩邊都停了車，各佔了一半的車道，衹剩下路中間一個車寬的空間，還要雙向通行。酒店區域沒有大門，停車場和路邊停車位融為一體，當日酒店剛好有一家印度人舉行婚禮，酒店門口劃車位的和沒劃車位的地方都停滿了車，開到最裡麪也沒找到可停的地方，酒店前台讓我們自己去馬路上找可以停車的位置，最後停到了一個比較遠的地方。酒店周邊沒有商業、沒有餐飲，巴士站距離酒店有6分鐘的步行路程，巴士3、3A、X40均可到牛津鎮中心（Hight Street），還算是比較方便。

衞生：不乾淨，床底下還有一個球 房間有股尿騷味，我們家小朋友都和我聞到了～淋浴房的下水也不行～ 可以免費停車還是不錯的～

不錯的酒店 停車方便免費。 服務人員熱情。酒店bar營業到晚上2點。酒店也有餐廳氛圍不錯。 床的軟硬程度剛剛好。

酒店位置安靜。我們被安排在另一棟樓，但空調壞了，酒店放置了電暖爐，房間並不冷，有電熱毛巾桿。地面鋪了地毯，感覺地面並不平。一道外門裡有兩個房間相隔很近，隔音略差。清早另一個房間開門進出聽得很清楚

음 4성급이라고 했는데 생각보다 작아서 놀랐음 호텔 방 구조가 좀 특이해요 리셉션이런 되게 떨어져 있음ㅋㅋ 근데 나름 괜찮았어여
