Dear Sir/Madam Because of the following we would like our Fee of £58.50 refunded. Following your recommendation, my wife and I booked a room in the, The Oxford House Hotel. Having driven around for some time we found the accommodation over the top of local shops with rubbish strewn all-round and parking almost on the pavement, Having asked at a local shop as how to enter, we were eventually met by Malick who escorted us to our room. Only to find it uninhabitable, smelling of Damp, Cold, and a very large area of fungus/damp coming down the wall less then 2 feet from the bed. (PHOTO PROOF AVAILABLE) Dispite Malick trying to placate us we felt we had no option other than to leave the premises to find an alternative stop-over. Awaiting your quick response. Mr R. Manley.
