Property is situated near bus stand and market, it has also a good restaurant in ground floor. Deluxe room are spacious with wide window. Hotel staffs are very courteous and polite. vehicle for sight tour are easily available from just outside from the hotel. All types of amenities are available in walking distance from this location. Children have also enjoyed at the hotel. 👍👍

The hotel location is very nice adjacent to cantonment rock garden and near to main market . Very clean rooms. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean washrooms. They also arrange gypsy for pachmarhi local tour at very reasonable price. The best family hotel in pachmarhi market area.

Overall it was a nice experience..as well as ambience...... service was nice..staff accomodation both are nice..situated in the main area..all destination are near by this place..will surely come again next time Good for family and couple too..

According to price I paid /- after discount. For two days. Pro
Nothing Cons
1) AC are not working
2) bathroom se attached wall se Pani ris raha tha...
3) we are facing bad smell hole two day when ever we come inside. 4) bad sheets are ok ok but the comforter is not washable it's cheap quality material. 5) Room telephone is not working and we are getting room on the 4th floor so any type of issues we need to go down and communicate them. 6) we stay one day extra in other hotel which is more comfortable and it's available in half price. 😟

I booked this property for me and my family members ,there are several pros and cons about this property pros - location is very good in the main market of pachmadi , bus station and bison lodge is walking distance ,hot water availble,staff is cooperative, CONS - washroom does not have exhaust fan , bedsheet and towels can be more clean ,no intercom. overall i would say a liitle improvement if done will help increase the overall rating of this property .

Rooms are very small, staff behaviour is not good, overall very bed stay experience. Bad service. They ask you extra money for early check-in as well if you are checking @10am, they will not give you check-in before 12noon. If you give extra 500rs then they give you room to check in before 12noon. So i'll never go to this hotel again, cause there are lots of other hotels available with great services and food with other extra services for tourist.
