MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi

Great location, very good cleanliness, nice ambiance, good food, very warm staff, superb experience. Lovely. Would love to go again.

Staying at this hotel was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and went ***** way to ensure all went well during my stay. The rooms were also cleaned and sanitized. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with a really nice decor. There was also a TV in my room and after a day of sight seeing it was bliss to just flop in front of it for a while. The food served was one of the best things about the stay, it was so tasty that I was eager to taste whatever was being served. The view from the hotel premises was beautiful. The star gazing was one on one activity that I will remember for a long time; it was so quiet and refreshing to spend time like that. The manager (Mr.Anil) was extremely polite to us our entire stay to a point of ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Thus, all aspects of the stay were satisfying and would return at some point in the future. Highly recommended!

Absolutely one of the finest places to stay in Pachmarhi, the Rock End Manor has a quaint charm and combined with huge rooms, great food and service, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in ever. MPT provides full board and the hotel is priced at the lower end of the luxury spectrum but the ambience and service more than make it worth the price. The staff really take care and make the guests feel like kings and queens, which very much syncs with the palatial vibe of the place. There is also a free dedicated parking area a few hundred feet away from the hotel.

The old world charm of this heritage structure has been well maintained. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff are thoughtful, courteous and ever ready to cater to the guest's needs. Chef Bahadur and his team whip up delicious homely meals that complete your holiday. Kudos to Mr.Rai and his team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday. It is their attentiveness that brings guests back time and again. To our bad luck on our 2nd day a group of 10 noisy Gujaratis checked in marring the tranquility and peace

Besides fantastic location, good food and cozy colonial era setup, what amazes most here is how the staff makes you feel special! Been to other MPT properties at Pachmarhi, some supposedly better rated than Rock 'n Manor, but never had such experience. STAFF at this property is the highlight, courteous and cooperative! The almost ready to host associated property 'Neelambar' would certainly going to make it the most sought after property at Pachmarhi.
