The open concept layout leads seamlessly into the dining area, which features a beautiful table and chairs with seating for 6 and perfect for enjoying meals, board games and puzzles with family and friends.The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts, and ample counter space, making it a joy to cook and entertain in. Right off the kitchen is a large family room with a large leather sectional sofa and 75" TV, making it a comfy spot to relax with a good book or watch a great movie.Upstairs, the three bedrooms are cozy and inviting, each with its own unique style and comfortable bedding complete with custom made duvet covers designed specially for Dune Crest Beach House. The master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam mattress, 50" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, 50" TV's and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have 750 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets.Outside is a gorgeously landscaped yard, a 250 square foot back deck with a gas BBQ grill, table and chairs with seating for 6 which provides a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal, the warm sunshine and gentle ocean breezes. Below the deck, there is an 1,100 square foot patio with a fire pit and adirondack chairs. I would walk with my best friend to the lumber yard with my red ryder wagon and spend my allowance on whatever wood I could afford. Lewis is the second home I have got to build. Getting to build a home from the ground up is such a mix of endurance and expression. At some point you find a vision for the home you are building and then you try to be true to it. You battle your budget, contractors, time, and compromise all in the pursuit of your vision. I remember standing on the second floor looking out over the great room and wanting to keep that sense of shared space. The post and beam glass wall is the result. Half of the furniture was designed and commissioned for this home. I sweated the details and fought hard for this space to become what it is. Lewis is open and full of natural light. It is comfortable and even a bit luxurious. It is your space to escape to, spoil yourself with and remember what it means to relax.Lewis represents four years of construction, creative expression and collaboration with local artists and artisans.
