Unp Hotel & Convention recensioner

We stayed one night at the hotel before our flight to Medan. The staff was very accommodating. We asked if we could put a coolpack in the freezer which we need to travel with medicine and it was no issue at all. The room was clean and sufficient for a one night stay and there's lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Hotel location in the UNP itself and good location. Hotel lobby is nice and very welcoming by the staff. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty and dusty. You can see hair and dirt marks on the mattress and duvet cover. The toilet wall with greenish mold. It is a waste for such a good location hotel but with very poor cleanliness. Hopefully the management can take a look into this matter.

Overall is ok. Location wise quite convenient, opposite Air Tawar train station. Bedroom a bit run down, refurbish needed.

For the lowest price room, they will locate you to the old building with small room but good. The breakfast is really nice and stuffed

A perfect hotel with reasonable price. The front desk is very good with super warm welcome by staff. Room is huge and nice. Breakfast very good. Even the hotel in University but near with shopping mall and got beach (about 500m walking). I enioy brisk walk in morning around that campus. A perfect morning..
