Full high speed WI-FI via Starlink. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and wine fridge. Separate utility area with washing machine and pet shower. There is also an outside tap to wash surfboards or muddy pets too. A sunny large secure back garden with patio. BBQ available. Shed for bicycle or boards. 4 minutes drive from St Merryn or a beach and 10 minute drive from Padstow. Bar/restaurant and tennis courts all on site. Golf and Padel a short drive away. 1 pet allowed £20 charge.
