Hotel 7 Inn Paducah

I stayed here for a week they don't have breakfast bathtub was trifling no working phone no working coffee maker the manager Sarah complained bout my child throwing rocks he's only 4 she was very rude even threatened to have me sweep rocks off the parking lot like a slave I respected 3 of the workers they were very friendly even had good conversations including the lady that cleans the rooms I had to go to the store spend money and buy a coffee maker and there's no staff available from 11p.m. to 7a.m.

This hotel - and specifically room 106 was so beat up and the beds and pillows were so bad it is unbelievable. They used the covid excuse for giving us NO MAID SERVICE during a 5 night stay. we had to go get towels and put our trash outside the room. Beds were never made and sheets never changed, bathroom never cleaned. They said it was because of covid - but that has been over for many many weeks with other establishments. The employees didn't even wear masks - they were so worried about covid. They close at 11pm and we didn't arrive till midnight. at first they didn't even have our reservation that was made at least 3 months earlier through ***********. when they did find the reservation - I was lucky i called on our way from Memphis airport - they didn't have the number of days right. the maid knocked on the door to get in thinking we were out of there on day 3. we invited her in to clean - but she declined. Ha! We expected this hotel to be no frills because it's named after Motel 6 and it's relatively inexpensive. the breakfast looked like it had been out for days and consisted of a couple pieces of fruit and orange juice and a pastry in a plastic bag that was unrecognizeable. Also a dried up waffle was left out - not the kind you cook yourself - they cooked it and left them out in the air. the pepsi machine was empty and they blamed it on the vending company. the sign on the machine had their phone number but management never bothered to call. there was no pride of ownership. the place was a ripped up dump. We had to call the emergency number to be let in when we arrived after midnight and pick up our key under the rug. The air conditioner smelled of mold and gave me a cough - probably mold spores. the bathtub had no plug and the door security lock was rippped off and never replaced. One of the beds was broken and made a cracking sound that sounded like it was going to collapse every time it was sat on.
