Comfy house and perfect location! We stayed here for 4 nights during October break with 3 families. It was very very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! The is ideal - about 14 mins to launch the boat into the lake, 20 minutes the other way to experience Antelope Canyon X. Easy communication with home owners - we definitely will be back!!!

Great place to stay This was a great place for my family to stay while we were visiting Lake Powell. Lots of beds and room. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Boaters - Clean and great place to stay This was a great place to stay. The house was clean, the AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked and communication with the owner was fast and pleasant the mattresses are more firm than I'm accustom too. There is a place to park a boat without unhooking it. However, I have a short bed F150 and a 22ft boat. It went out to the sidewalk. You could park a longer rig on the street. Making the turn in the cul-de-sac was a little tight on my axles. Some times I'd back it in from the end of the street. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. It was a great stay. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect getaway for small families Katharine’s property was exactly as listed! We had 4 small families and the house was perfect for accommodating all of us. It was also a great location for hiking and playgrounds nearby. Would definitely recommend.
