The location is near ice BSD and inside the mall. However the mall lacks food shops and supermarkets which was why I chose the hotel in the first place. Overall still ok.

great location, room was spacious, too bad couldn't stand the smell of pee in the toilet. also, could improve the cleanliness by vacuuming the floor especially below the bed or sofa. Breakfast was ok. Overall, love our stay there.

The front office staff during the checked in ruined the whole experience. Booked a city view but instead was given this view. Needed to pay $$$ to move to city view but fortunately Trip covers it. Will bever stay at this hotel again.

The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel
