The Roslyn Guest House

I am there atm. I arrived early because I was staying at another nearby guest house which was truly horrendous. The people were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were happy to let me wait while they cleaned the room but I went out for a late breakfast. They took my heavy cases to the room. The room is clean and spacious with fairly new decor which is all we want and need. It was the cheapest option in the area and is better than the more expensive place I previously stayed. Great value for money .

And we're back again- 3 years on the trot we've come here to stay while the Brixham Pirate Festival is on and if they'll have us, we'll be back again next year! What we like about the Roslyn is that there's no pretention- a real family running a B & B. The family dogs are hilarious, and we all just feel so welcome. Nothing is too much trouble either, just ask if you need help Our little boy loves it here too. Clean fresh bedding, fresh fluffy towels and tea and coffee facilities as well as decent WiFi. We're staying til Wednesday and we'll be sad to leave.

A very comfortable guest house.The hosts were warm and welcoming and very friendly. Clean and tidy room and comfortable beds with the added bonus of a on suit toilet and shower that were also clean and tidy,plenty of tea and coffee in the room and a fridge to use if needed.Breakfast was delicious,we had the full English but was also cereals,fruit and yogurt to help your self to as well as toast and juice. Definitely be back
