The beds are very comfortable, the Surroundings make for a peaceful evening and a restful nights sleep This was our third stay. We recommend it highly. The breakfasts are tops. My wife and I totally enjoy our trips to the Denny House, we highly recommend strip to the Denny House

We had a wonderful stay at the Denny House! Our host, Amy, waited to greet us, but we arrived later than expected. She was kind enough to leave a note with instructions for us on the front door. We stayed for three nights, and since it was during the week and cold and rainy, we had the whole house to ourselves! We stayed in the Miller room, which was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. There is a nice little electric fireplace that has a blower and we were plenty warm in the room. Amy was readily available with questions we had. She asked us what time we would like our breakfast in the morning and she arrived right on time! Not only did she cook us gourmet breakfasts every morning, but she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. As a native Kentuckian, she was able to provide us with information about the community and neighboring towns. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Denny House, but the best part of our stay was our precious host, Amy!

The smooth, cool wood floors and historic details are amazing in this beautiful home! I stayed in the Traveler's Porch so I had access to the balcony from my room. The two ceiling fans on the balcony slowly revolved as I sat and watched the sun set listening to the numerous bird songs. I can't imagine a better way to pass time! The buttermilk pancakes, sausage, eggs, and fresh picked raspberry fruit salad were all delicious. Amy was a stellar hostess, and provided local information for my stay. I can't recommend The Denny House highly enough! I've stayed in many bed and breakfasts, and it is truly one of the best!! 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had so many things to say about our three night stay at the Denny House and Vicky’s talents and graciousness, but it seems the other reviewers have already sung those praises. So, I will reiterate. It’s a beautiful B&B, beautiful setting, great location within a short drive to lots of attractions. It’s a great place to come back to and relax after a long day. All of that would leave me happy and satisfied. But what really made it special and unforgettable was Vicky’s hospitality and outrageous breakfasts: beautifully presented, absolutely delicious, and quantities that kept us full until supper time. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

The house was regal and the host professional. It seemed we had gone back in time. The bedding and breakfast were top notch. The rural setting was nice and the town of Berea had interesting cultural attractions.

Stayed a couple of nights in the Miller's Station suite. Wonderful, including the great bathroom. Chatted with the owners and the manager. Great folks. Quiet place but not far from Richmond and Berea. Lexington is about 45 minutes away. Breakfast was awesome and plentiful. Friendly, helpful, informative. Would definitely stay again when we're in the area. (We might even go a little out of our way to stay again!)

Elegant and gracious, the 3 bedroom B&B Beautifully reflects its 1840 history. The welcoming bourbon service was a nice touch. Bedrooms are charming and comfortable with en-suite upscale renovated bathrooms. The grounds include an events barn, a fire pit patio and private pub. Vicky was a cheerful host providing a huge tasty breakfast w eggs from the on premise henhouse.
