Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort recensioner

There was a slight misunderstanding on the first day, but the staff found solutions. The location is very near many beautiful landmarks. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was 18 degrees Celsius. One room was a bit old, and the hot shower in one room wasn't working. The front view shown in the app differed from the actual view. The food was average. All amenities were accessible. I liked the fitness room; it was clean. 7/10. Thank you!

The hotel is very antique & classic french style. And they have all facilities.

The view is spectacular, Price is reasonable but do not expect too much, you get what you pay. Hotel room is quite old and not so clean. Staff try very best to give the service. Very polite and willing to help. Dinner at the restaurant was also great. Prepare insect repellent with you, you will need it.

It was a one of a kind experience and adventure , the view was breathtaking, breakfast and also the stuffs were of good manners

Mostly hotel veiw was really nice and beautiful place, the back yard hope you guys see that, but the bath room facilities are very good sauna big bath tub, a little problem water pressure. Only that, khaoyai mountain directly comes wind very cool and nice place.

Good location, a bit old but good. Perfect views and beautiful garden. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was not good as we expected. Overall good.

We were given level 2 without being told there is no lift and we have 2 elderly (both in their 80s) which the hotel staff is aware during check in as they checked our passport. When we reached our building (which is a distance from the check in) we realised there is no lift and no phone in the room for us to call the receptionist to request to change room. Hence we have to use our own phone to call the receptionist and they agreed to change our rooms to level 1. We took the buggy the staff was driving to the room at level 1 but she started driving the buggy when my mum was still going up the buggy. Poor service and poor amenities.

The property was stunning, a classic French chateau blended with 21st-century luxury. The hotel is impressively expansive, spanning 200 acres. Upon check-in, you'll receive a map of the grounds. After breakfast, we enjoyed exploring the entire area on complimentary bicycles and discovered unique plants I had never encountered before. It was a delightful and enjoyable experience. The grounds were a joy, featuring two magnificent outdoor pools (one at the main chateau and the other in Belle Vue), beautiful trees providing natural shade, a tennis court, an indoor squash court, a gym, and a private park perfect for a leisurely stroll. We stayed in the castle's Mountain Villa, which boasted high ceilings, offering a sense of spaciousness. The shower was adequate, though it had slow drainage. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were provided, but there were no slippers or bathrobes. Breakfast was quite basic, though it included meat, eggs, and hot coffee, teas, and cold fruit juices to keep you going. Don’t miss the delicious chocolate drink from the Glasshouse Chez Chateau de cafe and the chicken fried rice at the Demoiselle evening restaurant. Additionally, there are numerous café bistros outside the accommodation to explore, along with nearby 7-11 and mini Big C stores for quick shopping. The villa's mountainous backdrop is simply breathtaking. While the exterior is impressive, like many places, the interior can show signs of age if not well maintained. Chateau de Khaoyai was a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Good atmosphere, beautiful scenery

The service is so warm and friendly. All the crews so helpful. Please visit this hotel and enjoy your wonderful trip with this hotel because the view is really wonderful also.

Big spacious room but with musky smell, maybe is the furniture smell. The place is beautiful and scenic for photo taking and buffet breakfast is good. It very big place so buggy will send you to room and breakfast. Free snacks and Coke daily.

My family of 6 is like the only family there. Actually we saw 3 more groups at breakfast. Breakfast is tasty and good variety despite the low occupancy rate. Kids went for a swim at their pool. There's also a gym. All 4 soft drinks, 4 beers, 2 small Hershey choc bars and 2 small Princles chips titbits were foc too.
