Stayed for two nights, in unit C3. The room is poorly maintained. TV doesn't work, already fixed once by replacing the remote batteries, and then doesn't work again. Hot water system doesn't work. Shower head holder broken clearly since a long time. Water doesn't drain properly in the hand basin. Tap at the hand basin has its filter head missing, and distributes water in the hand basin but also pours water at the back of the vanity unit making it unusable. Check-in was not smooth and we were taken to the room by a person who knew nothing about how things operate. He took us to the room and left immediately. We called and asked how to connect the WiFi and another person came, he was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very average. Considering the room cost 6,000+ Baht per night, it is not good value for the money. My opinion is the hotel could be very good, but it needs a serious and proper management, a proper maintenance program and to implement a proper quality control, so that when guests enter the rooms everything works as it should from the beginning. After checking out I can add that after requesting 4 problems to be fixed the day before they did fix 3 of them. The staff are helpful and friendly, but seem to be overloaded. As mentioned above I think the problems are a management issue.
