Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not as Advertised (คนไทยแปลเอานะคะ) The overall experience was far from what was shown in the photos on Trip.com. Upon arrival, the reception area already felt disorganized and uninviting. However, things got worse once we reached our room. We had booked a 2-bedroom unit with a shared living space, but the atmosphere inside was musty and stale, as if the room hadn’t been aired out for a long time. Cleanliness and Room Condition • The room felt old and poorly maintained. Dust and hair were visible on the floors, tables, and TV stand. Under the beds, there was a thick layer of dust, making it obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. • I asked the front desk to send housekeeping to clean dust under the bed, but her efforts only caused dust to spread throughout the room, making things worse. Bathroom Issues • Both bathrooms had a strong, unpleasant smell of mold, unclean bathroom and low ventilation. The edges of the bathrooms were covered in black mold, and brown stains indicated a severe lack of proper cleaning. • There were no towel racks, which made it inconvenient to hang towels and clothes. • The provided shampoo and body wash were in refillable bottles that looked very unhygienic, so my friend used my shampoo for shower. • The next morning, we discovered an electrical leak in the shower hose, so I informed the front desk when we checked out. Amenities and Safety • The room was booked for 4 people, but there were only 2 pairs of old, worn-out slippers available. • Power outlets were limited, and many were taped off and unusable. • The curtains were too short to properly cover the windows, while the door curtains were excessively long and stained.

This hotel is also a great choice for families, offering a safe and welcoming environment with spacious rooms. Despite its quality and convenience, the price was very affordable, making it a great value for money. Nice place but far from national park. No scooter rentals nearby and taxi/tuktuks and hard to come by. Luckily we got a Bolt car to take us to hire a scooter near the National Park, but when we asked reception they tried to overcharge us for a lift so be careful! Room was spacious and bathroom was good.

My room very big..can accommodate 6 ppl..the location is superb..very recommended..definitely will stay here again if come back here

The tent room is unique! Location acceptable, however the place needs a bit of upkeep to maintain its attractiveness.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. The location is good for family who wants to have a peaceful holiday. Many attractions are near at the campsite but if you dont have a car you need to spend a lot renting.I would like also to suggest that make your own itinerary. To wrap it up it was good.

Tent is okay but would have some mold because the humidity from environment. Breakfast is american style and porridge. The weather is so great.

Location ok, not far from national park, not far some supermarket, not far restaurants (in khao yai when i not say not far mean not far by car). Inside room is ok, not feel Too clean. Carpet no clean, sofa not clean. Bed is ok, bathroom ok. I get room at first floor so just few steps from my parking and arrive in room. During my stay have event nearby very noisy until midnight. Breakfast just ok (some thai food with rice, breads, salad, juice, coffee, its very cheap so for the price its quite ok) check in and check out process very easy and fast.
