Perfect vacation! We have a great time enjoying nice atmosphere and friendly staffs here. We also chill with a good golf round at Toscana valley golf course! The most memorable wedding anni. Ever 🥰

Nice , peace , good for relax

Everything is find but for service about travel along toscana area like from castello to lacasetta or main plaza it take too long queue due to limit buggy or van you have to wait over 20 minute if better to provide kore service on this and also staff no service mind and no sense of being help when you notice some they said understand but no action just sit and watch no any action so disaapoint at first time here Anyhow other thing is very fantastic hotel design location facility is perfect hope hotel will improve some on it.

This hotel is very fabulous. We have a very wonderful time. It is very clean. The best thing is the view. This is totally the good place for relax and take a rest from work because it's silence and not many tourist. It is very good place to hang out with your friend and family.

BF not that much , most of staffs seem exhausted

Quite a romantic places and nice view. Customer service is poor, the staff at reception barely speaks English and hard to ask something you want. Buggy service takes quite sometimes and not efficient to go around unless you rent a bike, or rent buggy or bring your own car. Very limited food choices for us.

Customer service was up to par , except for a few staffs who were hard to communicate with because they couldn’t converse in English well! Otherwise very helpful and did their best to help out despite the barriers in between! Excellent place with a perfect mountain view. Enjoyed renting the buggy to ride around with my family! This is a place worth the bucket list!

Nice and old style hotel, should stay for minimum 2 days

上山睡覺實在太舒服了，性價比很高，枕頭很舒服。諮詢服務員枕頭不能賣😅其它都不錯，就早餐有待改善！
