Good location and cheaper price compared to Novotel. They have their own restaurant. But the hotel is not price valuable, because the room is consider small. But anyways, I’ll still choose to go.

Cleanliness is great, hotel staff are friendly. There is a walkway at level 2 linked to Impact Arena.

stayed here bc i was attending a concert at impact arena. the link bridge makes it easier to commute back to the hotel to rest, even tho it’s a bit of a walk. a cheaper alternative compared to the other hotel around the area. however the location of the hotel can be inaccessible to other touristy areas like siam and chula, it takes up to 40mins on a bike. hotel breakfast can be very limited to muslim guests so take note. overall had a pleasant stay bc the staff were friendly and helpful. thank you!

Best to stay in this hotel if you are attending a concert at Thunder Dome / Impact Arena at value cost. There is a bridge linking from level 2 of the hotel to the concert venue. The hotel room is spacious, but the room air-con can be quite cold, especially at night, which is difficult to adjust. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was the perfect choice, especially if you’re attending a concert in the area. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Impact Arena. If you’re planning to catch a show nearby, I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location and great service. I’ll definitely stay here again for future events!

This was my first time staying at ibis Impact Bangkok for two nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Especially during check in, the lady in charge of my check in process was superb and efficient. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending events at IMPACT, as it is just a short distance away. The overall service and amenities were excellent. The breakfast had many choices and was delicious. The staff from the café, breakfast team, the chef who cooked the omelette, housekeeping staff and the doorman were all very nice and friendly. Not to mention the staff who helped me make a cup of coffee during breakfast, he was very kind and gentle. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again for my next event.

Perfect if you're there for concerts or events. There are malls and outlets and 7-11 around so you don't have to worry about food.

I stayed at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for one night on 6th October when I attended the Kpop Masterz concert featuring Ateez and Treasure at Impact Challenger Hall. It was an excellent choice, especially for anyone attending events/ concerts in the nearby venues. What I loved: 1. The location is ideal—walking distance to Impact Challenger, Impact Arena, and Thunderdome. The hotel even has a convenient sky bridge connecting to these venues. 2. I arrived from Malaysia on a morning flight and planned to leave my heavy bag at the hotel before exploring the area, as the concert was at 6 pm. To my delight, they allowed early check-in at 11:30 am, which was incredibly considerate of them, especially since many guests were attending the concert. It made my day! 3. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the check-in process was efficient. Despite a 10-minute queue, I was checked in within 5 minutes. 4. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. 5. Multiple elevators - Even though the hotel was fully booked, the elevators were never crowded. My friend and I often found ourselves the only ones in the elevator, even during busy check-in and check-out times, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. 6. The surroundings felt safe and secure, and it’s just a 20-30 minute Grab ride from Don Mueang Airport, which was super convenient. 7. While the room wasn’t very large, it was comfortable enough for a restful stay before and after the concert. 8. As a Muslim traveler, I noticed there weren’t many halal restaurants nearby, but Grab provided a lot of food delivery options, which worked well for my short stay. 9. The price was reasonable considering the proximity to the venue and the services provided. The Highly recommended, especially for K-pop fans attending concerts at Impact Challenger Hall, Impact Arena, Thunderdome, the Impact Exhibition Center, or the Muang Thong Thani Lakeside. Located in Impact Area, so convenient with the transportation between those buildings there by walk ing or taking a bike taxi The service was perfect. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The room was well-cleaned. And breakfast was so nice! Worth staying (Ps. The shower area is quite small, but there was no problem for me)

Its hotel is near to impact arena and thunder dome. If you have concert , can consider Ibis Impact . It’s just a walking distance. There is a band on Sat.

Stayed here for a concert and it was the best decision ever! First off, the hospitality and service is top notch. Emailed them to ask for several queries before my stay and their response are very fast and helpful. Check in time is 3 pm but I arrived early in the morning and asked them if it’s possible to check in early and the staff said i need to pay a fee since there’s a high volume of guests on that day cause there’s other concerts happening as well. The staff recommended me to wait for 2 more hours and there will be no extra charge so i decided to wait but after 1 hour of waiting, they said i can check in already! Room is clean and water pressure is good. If anyone contemplating whether to stay at this hotel to attend concert nearby, i do recommend this hotel as they provide skywalk bridge connected to the venue which is very convenient as you can walk. Thank you ibis for this pleasant experience! This is my first time coming to bangkok for a concert and it was smooth thanks to them. Will definitely stay here if i’m going to attend a concert 😁

Stayed in the hotel for a concert at impact arena, walking distance, very convenient. Good breakfast and there is outlet store close-by, which was a good shopping area if you have time.
