The BEST two nights of our 77 nights traveling in all of New Zealand! We stayed in Tent Korimako - ecoglamping at its very best! From the electric buggy use for getting ourselves & bags up the hill, to the luxurious linens & bedding, to the bath salts for the outdoor tubs (hot water aplenty, don’t worry!), to the stacked firewood for both the outdoor fire pit and Roaring Meg inside heater, to the freshly delivered on-site-hen laid eggs - Drift Off Drif 🦉 delivered! The bathroom with heated floor, 3-shower head, lighted mirrors, amazing water pressure….i could go on & on! We highly recommend unequivocally! Be ready to be WOW’d!

Excellent place to stay in Golden Bay. Jana and Drew are wonderful hosts and made our stay perfect. Anything we needed—they were there in a flash. The tent was wonderful and had everything—a grill, comfortable bed, nice compact kitchen area, couch for lounging, a deck for hanging out outside, and the perfect sunset view. It doesn’t get any better than soaking in the outdoor tubs with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The golf carts was useful for going to Tata beach and getting to the parking area. There is plenty to do in Golden Bay. We even had visitors—a weka and chick came by to say hello. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Drift Off The Grid.

Woahhh what a weekend! I read about this stunning place earlier in the year in a Stuff news article and thought I HAVE TO GO THERE. My sweet man booked us in for my bday weekend and it did not disappoint. Drew and Jana have done the most incredible job with building these luxury glamping tents. They make you feel really special & the decor is so restful and tasteful. It’s incredible peaceful and comfortable - the bed is like sleeping in a cloud (if I knew what that felt like!). The bird song is like nothing I’ve heard in my life, the most beautiful way to wake up. And the kea family were so entertaining! They readily catered for my vegan diet. The baths were amazing. The views unreal! All this private gorgeousness is just two hours drive from our home. We really enjoyed our walk to Wainui falls and swimming at the “ok to go sans clothing” part of Wainui beach. We have decided to go back again to celebrate our birthdays and may even make it an annual thing. Thank you so very much for being amazing hosts Drew & Jana. You’ve created a piece of paradise!

Escape! With a partner burning the candle both ends ,a place within the Nelson area , to truly loosen her life up for her ,in luxury ,proved more challenging than anticipated. Drift Off Grid was to be the gem for such a surreal experience . Luxury comfort throughout the meticulous modern design . Kicking off with your own private electric buggy to drive to your palace of a tent ,to find your exclusive privacy over looking Ta Ta bay to the mountains beyond . Sunrise & sunset views over the ocean from a king bed dressed in luscious linen. Impeccable communication from the hosts.The list just goes on. These guys have found a regular place in our diary!

Wow. This is a must on the bucket list. The most amazing 4 days of relaxation and checking out a beautiful part of our country. This is Glamping at its best with the most friendly and easy going hosts. Clean comfortable and everything you need.
