Akash, Kangana, and Ashwini are exceptional professionals who bring a high level of expertise, dedication, and warmth to their work. Rooms are magnificent here with the view of snow and mountains. Further 7 cloud restaurant food is one the best I have ever eat, especially the White sauce pasta was the best I have ever. Staff here at 7 Cloud Aakash, Kangana And Ashwini was very accommodating and also entertain our demands.

Best food and best rooms. The hotel staff (Akash,Kangana and Ashwini) in the revolving dinning area were very polite and helpful. One should really visit here and enjoy there stay here. The dessert here were exceptionally good and same goes with the Penne alfredo pasta.

We loved the hotel and the rooms and food. The staff was particularly cooperative and nice, especially Aakash, Kangana and Ashwini. The range of cuisine was particular impressive. Would recommend all to definitely try the 7th floor restaurant for dining.

Had very good stay at the hotel. Checkin process was smooth on arrival. Room was as per the expectations and clean. Staff here is well trained and quiet helpful. Food is quiet good. Dining at cloud 7 was awesome experience with very tasty food served with great humility.

The best hotel in palampur city, we enjoyed our stay. The staff n all team was very helpful and good. I went there at my birthday & they welcome me with birthday cake in my room during check in. I love this hotel. The view from all rooms is awesome. Property is very beautiful made with revolving restaurant at top. Palampur is very peaceful city. Everyone must visit there with this property as their stay.

Excellent view. Superb service. Best hotel in the town. Revolving restaurant is an ultimate experience. Rooms are big and comfortable. Food Service is an issue. Morning breakfast at their open balcony restaurant was top of the world experience

Ms. Sweety at front desk very rudely gave us a shock that , we did not have a booking.whereas we have pre booked the room. But somehow with the intervention of another lady named md. Akanksha and Mr ganguly ,things sorted out smoothly and swiftly. There is marriage in the hotel on 5th and 6th dec, so they didn't provide us breakfast at the restaurant due to marriage inthe hotel ,instead the sent breakfast in our room but only two three items with tea. NO SERVICE AT ALL.This may be an isolated case but our stay is not as good as we Expected.
