Park Hotel Cala di Lepre & Spa

Pros: The hotel is affordable compared to others nearby, with nice rooms (some offering water views), decent included breakfast, good-quality cream and soap, comfortable bed sheets, and friendly staff always willing to help. There's plenty of greenery and plants. Kids have lots of play options, and the site offers convenient access after hours with a key card. Late check-out is free if available, and you can request extras like a tea set or mattress topper. Cons: The buffet dinner is underwhelming—bland, smelly, overpriced, and worse than nearby restaurants. The beach is shared with a campsite and charges for umbrellas. The solarium lacks shade, and cocktails are poor quality and overpriced. Breakfast can be cold if you arrive late. The walking path to the beach/main pool is steep, cracked, and tiring. Rooms have issues like malfunctioning safes, high toilet seats, faulty shower doors, and motion sensors that turn off too quickly. There’s no free water in the room, and tap water is undrinkable. Only way to lock doors is shutters which make rooms dark. No room service is available. Smell of curry everywhere including room doorstep was overwhelming.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and really made us feel welcome. The hotel was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. There were also many facilities. Would 100% recommend and would love to return!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations and all the reviews we read. It was better than some of the 5* hotels I stayed in this summer. Another star for this hotel can be reserved for the perfect staff. Sara, the girl who greeted us upon arrival at the reception, was like a promise that the holiday would be perfect. She was cheerful, helpful and very patient with our childish Italian. All the staff we met were nice and tried to make our stay exceptional. Our room was exceptionally perfect, with sea view, terrace and patio, living room and bedroom and a perfect bathroom. The room is cleaned daily. And after thinking that it would be good to drink coffee, the next day we found a teapot with a set of coffee and tea. How do they do it?! The hotel environment is large and very green, like in a mysterious forest. It was good to take a walk before breakfast and after dinner. It is very quiet and peaceful here, birds sing in the morning near your room. Food. I want to go back for every breakfast and dinner. I wished I had two stomachs. If you are leaving before breakfast, you can have coffee and a light snack in the reception lobby. The card system was clear and simple. If even a little bit, you will reach Palau very easily. You will meet many cheerful and happy like-minded people like you, supply pedestrians and cyclists alike.
