Private: garden 750 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Bumpy motor access to 250 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Bus stop 5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Parapet height of the terrace approx. 70 cm. "Michelina (PAU112)", 5-room cottage 107 m2, on the upper floor. Everything was perfect except for one major issue. The cottage is located 200 m from a hunting caterpillar. The dogs howled in the evening, at night and in the early morning. Impossible to sleep with the windows open which is complicated when it's hot and
