Nice hotel, surrounded with restos, beside mall and Diamond Supermarket.

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

We stay with our friends from Lampung. Not to much option of food, while the restaurant is so big

Good locations with lots of food around walking distance

Room is spacious actually enough for two full beds instead of single beds (too small). More convenient if they provide fridge in the room. Location is perfect! Surrounded by restaurants with good foods.

The room no offer the hair dryer , no refrigerator , and no small towel .

Very good service

Room was clean, staff were all really friendly! Most of the staff can speak English & the service was always good & prompt except for the times when certain staff didn't know English & it was harder to request certain services I needed. Lots of food options nearby, both local cuisine & some international cuisine! Theres a really nice bakery connected to the lobby of the hotel as well, so even though I didn't get the hotel breakfast, I had lots of options for all my meals!

Spacious room but twin bed is so small.
