Blue Princess Beach Hotel & Suites

There are some mixed reviews about this hotel, but I think some people may have unrealistic expectations.  This is a very low cost holiday.  I paid about £43 per person per night and that included all meals and drinks.  The last holiday I took a single G&T was €14. The brochure description "You can basically stumble out of bed and into the ocean." is misleading.  Some of the accommodation was quite some distance from the beach and up some quite steep hills, but this also had the benefit of great views. However:  Did I enjoy the holiday - YES Was the hotel good - YES Was it good value for money - Absolutely Almost without exception the staff were great and that really helps to make a good holiday.  The room we had was large and adequate.  I think we were there in the last week for the season and things were looking a bit tired but still perfectly adequate. Our bed did collapse one night without warning at about 5.30am which was a surprise, but we were pleasantly surprised to find how new and clean the mattress was and how clean it was under the bed.  It was fixed quickly the same day so no major problem. The food was OK.  Slightly envious looking at some of the photo's.  We didn't have that extensive selection of deserts.  Probably a good thing as I still managed to pile on several kilos during the week.  I recently visited a Pizza Hut in the UK. It cost £45 for two small pizzas and two soft drinks.  Here I paid £43 for three meals and all drinks and accommodation. Yes, you may well get bitten.  I didn't hear or see any mosquitos, most likely midges but still well worth packing a tube of antihistamine cream if you are susceptible. One wish.  If only there was one comfortable seating area that was no smoking.

The beach and bar was the highlight of the stay. Absolutely beautiful beach and the setting of the hotel is amazing. Lovely views from our sea view room and from the beach bar. The staff are very nice and attentive. Giannis and Otto served us at the beach bar downstairs and made every stay at the bar a great one, very friendly and make a great atmosphere. The food in the all inclusive buffet was good but not great, not many different options every day. We enjoyed our stay.

Was Here for a week and Had an amazing time here. Located straight at one of the best beaches of Corfu. Great if you want to have a relaxing time. Kind and funny staff, willing to help at any time. Breakfast is also great, especially the scramnled eggs

Always have felt at home here at Blue Princess. The staff are so friendly and outgoing, a great laugh at all times. The beach and area is also very beautiful with the greenery and mountain scenery so it makes for a perfect location as it’s located adjacent to the beach and boat hires to explore Paradise beach. The rooms at the hotel are well maintained and even had a welcome bottle of wine for free arranged for us a surprise. The all inclusive food options are in abundance and the deserts are of my particular liking. Will continue to return here for many years to come! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !

The location of this hotel is idyllic. It is perched on a hillside, just above the beach in the most beautiful cove. On arrival we had some small issues. However, the hotel manager spoke to us personally and showed a genuine interest in solving the problems. These were then acted upon quickly. It seems he is keen for everyone to enjoy their experience and displayed a great deal of good will towards us. I'm sure the attitude shown to customers will surely see the hotel go from strength to strength. We are likely to book a return trip as a result. Highlights - Boat trips from the beach, on site beach side eateries offer good quality and discounted food, free shuttle bus to village where a public bus goes to Corfu Town for €2.20, nice pools, a number of highly regarded restaurants in the village.
