Neutral: Lage (telaziv zentral, aber spazieren muss man trotzdem, egal wo) Positiv: Gutes Frühstück Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Ganz bequeme Bett und Kissen Negativ: Die Strasse (auch wenn die Fenster zur Seitenstraße und nicht Via Roma waren) war relativ laut, ebenso war Schallschutz im Gebäude nicht besonders gut (wir konnten unsere Nachbarn beim duschen hören). Unser Zimmer hat immer nach Nässe gerochen, sobald man die Fenster für 5 Minuten schließt- das war das schlimmste Teil der Erfahrubg, da wir auch nicht mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnten.

Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente e pulita, perso nale molto gentile.

This hotel is ideally situated in Palermo. We are a few hundred yards from the hop on hop off bus stop and about 15 minutes walk from the Tetro Massimo. The train station is also easily accessible and a few stops on the bus. Our original room was on the first floor and quite small and noisy, but we asked to be moved and we were moved to a suite on the top floor. Room 404 is definitely the room to ask for! it is very spacious with a balcony that goes around two sides and like every other room in the hotel, spotlessly clean. The breakfast room is small but adequate and there is a very wide choice of food. My friend is coeliac and there was a wide choice, for her in the hotel, as well as in most of the restaurants in Palermo. All the staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and we would definitely visit again.

Fine location near Teatro Massimo and shopping streets, lots of restarants and bars in vicinity. Street noise gets in starting at 7 a.m. Thin walls ond doors let in sounds of living from the hotel. Ear plugs always in big demand. Cramped breakfast room, but OK food for a short stay. Friendly staff and good cleaning. As noticed earlier falls short of four stars

Clean, tidy, staff are friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Delicious breakfast. It’s central to pretty much everything. Close to some great gelato, restaurants and cafes. A short walk to the hop on bus. And to some amazing adventures! Enjoy!

City centre hotel on super busy street. Some way from main sights but outside congestion charge zone. Parking impossible except in pricey off street garages. Drab room with noisy bathroom fan and small windows. Cramped breakfast room and unexciting food offering. Helpful young staff. Ok for a short stay but definitely not a four star hotel-3 star is more realistic

Last minute booking as the accommodation I booked for my stay in Palermo was in an extremely noisy area and I wasn't able to get any sleep. The staff were friendly, room was clean, location was handy, quite central. IfI'd stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Reception fantastic man and girl. Clean and fancy. All you need. Safe, sky TV super bed to sleep as a baby. Nice location, and transport to all places. Hot tea in the room. Nice restaurants next to us. Nice decoration too. Gracie!!!!

This is a very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Our bedroom was very pleasant but quite small with no views. The biggest drawback was that the noise from the adjoining bedroom felt like it was coming from ours. It did not seem private. The breakfast was good with a good choice. The location was excellent.

The hotel is very close to the center of Palermo, the room was nice but I think the bathroom is a bit old ,the first night we had a problem with the hot water so had a cold shower but it was fixed the next day. Reception staff was really nice as also the service staff. Breakfast was quite good, though some food was cold. I really liked the decoration as we visited after Christmas 🎄

Shameful the treatment received by this hotel that after having booked and PAID for our room more than ONE AND A HALF MONTH earlier (attached payment document), warns us a few hours after arriving in Palermo that our room has been given to other people (is not available!). This is already outrageous, but in addition they allow themselves to try to deceive us by offering us accommodation on the outskirts of Palermo and on another hotel with lower category when the LAW REQUIRES that, in these cases, the client concerned must be given a room in the same or a higher category and in the same area. It is clear that I am going to warn everyone who comes to Palermo (Sicily) PLEASE, NOT TO BOOK AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!. Because if they have done this to us going with a travel agency, I can’t imagine what they will not do with people traveling on their own, with kids or with older people who are easier to deceive. This is the type of management of a hotel that must be removed forever. This type of actions give a bad reputation to tourism in the whole country and should be monitored by the relevant authorities.

Good location on Via Roma, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was big, with good fittings and the best pillows I've ever used! Some tlc needed with shutters and recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. WiFi is good & TV has usual Italian channels and Sky Sports including F1. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and waiting staff couldn't have been more helpful. To get to hotel from station, the buses 101, 102 & 124 and tickets cost €1.70 single journey. The Belmonte stop is right beside the hotel.

Pretty average hotel. Didnt meet the outstanding reviews. Poor breakfast selection and quality. Hard bed and poor ventilation/loud AC. Location is ok. But that is about it. I am not going to go back nor recommend anyone going here for the price.

Fantastic hotel. Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Parking was available for €25 per night just 2mins walk away that was recommended by the hotel and they gave us directions to it. All the amenities were within walking distance. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection of food available. Our room(205) was facing the main road and we all had a great nights sleep, just make sure the shutters are closed. We will be staying here on our next visit to Palermo.
