Peaceful stay with family…enjoy the spa, relax lounge and enjoy (birds) in nature. Top notch restaurant to satisfy everyone. Stayed three nights and loved the activities and suggestions provided by the staff. The buggy service was very helpful for the parents. Extremely clean rooms and washrooms. There is nothing else to worry, the staff are so caring even before check in.

If you’re looking for the real Misty Mountains experience then look no further than Blackberry Hills. Our room 601 up in the tress with stunning views. It was amazing to experience the incredible sunrise with the sounds of the local villages celebrating their seasonal festival ***** with the dawn chorus was out of this world. Followed by yoga at 7am was just magical. The local monkeys came to visit in the afternoons. Eagles and a multitude of birds to see and hear. Beautifully arranged resort over 10 acres which scales up the mountain, with an incredible infinity pool which is almost completed this resort will be the finest in the area. The staff go out of their way to help and the service is first class. Easy access to the roads through the plantations. Stunning location. Last but not least the Hornbill restaurants food blew us away recommend both breakfast & dinner with your booking.Our stay here has been the highlight of our time in India.

Blackberry Hills is a stunning place with incredible staff and breathtaking views. Every single member of their staff was not just accommodating, but attuned enough to pay attention to our likes and dislikes and meet our needs before we even asked. The chef is fantastic and able to whip up anything if he has the ingredients, so I’d sometimes ask for grilled chicken/fish and salads for some reprieve from the delicious Indian food. The resort is nestled among rolling hills covered in tea as well as lush jungle with beautiful wilderness as far as the eye can see. The different bird calls were a joy to wake up to in the mornings. This place is truly a gem and I hope to be able to visit again with my family.

Also wanted to share my TripAdvisor feedback: I had the absolute pleasure of staying at BlackBerry Hills Nature Resort and Spa in Munnar, and words can not fully capture the experience. Nestled amidst the breathtaking mountains, this resort offers the most stunning views that are truly a feast for the soul. I visited as part of conducting a wellness retreat, and the morning yoga sessions at the lookout were nothing short of magical. Performing sun salutations as the rising sun painted the sky was transformative. And when the clouds descended, it felt like we had been transported to a mystical, otherworldly realm. The tranquillity and connection to nature were beyond words. This was my second time conducting a retreat here, and BlackBerry Hills somehow managed to surpass the incredibly high expectations they had set on my first visit. The staff’s attentiveness and warmth were extraordinary, from the seamless check-in process to the meticulous care they showed me and my participants. Their culture of putting guests first is evident in every interaction. The kitchen staff, led by an exceptional chef, Mr. Ravindar, catered to all our requests with grace and creativity. Every meal was a culinary delight, crafted with care and attention to detail. A special mention must go to Mr. Ranjit, the operations manager whose leadership and personal touch set the tone for the impeccable service we experienced throughout our stay. The spa at BlackBerry Hills was another highlight, offering a rejuvenating escape that left me feeling completely refreshed. I was so taken by the entire experience that I extended my stay by three extra nights just to soak in the tranquillity a little longer before returning to life’s hustle and bustle. I usually never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so because BlackBerry Hills is truly a gem. For anyone who respects nature and seeks an experience where you’re treated like a cherished family member, I can not recommend this place enough. I’m already counting the days until I can return!

Blackberry hotel is set in the beautiful hills of Munnar. The rooms had private balconies with views. A very peaceful location. The restaurant served delicious curries. We did the yoga one morning and then a trek around the tea plantations. The spa has different treatments available the ayervedic one is very oily so bear that in mind if you don’t like oil. The activities are only available on request so probably best to let them know ahead of time what you would like to do if you can. We would recommend asking for a sun rise trek. They are building a pool currently.
