There are 3 master suites at BBH, 2 of which has direct views and access to the pool and tiki hut. The dining area has a full view of the patio and pool so you can enjoy the outdoors while being indoors. Our fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances includes all the necessities; pots & pans, appliances, dishes & silverware; everything you would need to have a nice family meal. There is also a small seating area for an afternoon drink.Pool areaOur heated pool with soaking tub can be enjoyed all year long. The one-of-kind rain curtain over the pool provides a relaxing sound of “raindrops” if you want to just sit and relax in the soaking tub or swimming underneath it is your thing, then that works too! There are lounge chairs and umbrellas provided for some sun tanning. Also, remember to use our outdoor shower to rise off after your swim.To the right of the house(outside), there are some outdoor games if you want some family fun in the sun. Or play a game of miniature golf in your own private mini golf course (putter and golf balls provided).Pool & SwimmingDuring the months of April to October, the pool heater is off. From the months of November to March the pool temperature is set at 85 degrees. There will be an additional fee of $50/day if you would like it to be set higher (up to 95 degrees). Please let us know prior to your arrival if you'd like the temperature to be set higher than the standard temperature as it takes 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up depending on the current temperature outside.There is no lifeguard on duty. Safety is our number one priority. Please do not let children swim unattended even if they are good swimmers. BBH and its owners, affiliates are not liable any pool related accidents.Guests must sign a rental agreement at check in.Bugs & Critters.Be mindful that Florida is considered a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid, which is why you are visiting right?!! As such, there are a variety of insects, birds, lizards, iguanas, snakes, and frogs that can call BBH home. Occasionally you will spot an insect, frog, or chameleon in or near the residence. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom (sleeps two) and single bed on the top (sleeps one ). The guest bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is a comfortable sofa in the living area. There is a laptop desk area for remote work place, includes Wi-Fi Internet. We take pride in having the cleanest cottage in town. All tile floors, all white linens. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans and disinfects all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. The cottage is stocked with pots and pans, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Two Flat screen TV's with cable and internet access Wi-Fi.The back patio area is great outdoor dinning and relaxing after a day at the Beach.
