The St. Regis Aruba Resort

My husband and I just came back from an Amazing stay at the St. Regis resort in Aruba. We were there for 1 week and loved it. The resort is absolutely beautiful and everyone from the staff that we interacted with were very pleasant and always willing to help in any way. This was our 3rd time to Aruba. The last 2 times we stayed at the Ritz but decided to give the new St. Regis a try and it did not disappoint. I did read some of the reviews before arriving and was a little nervous but will totally be staying here again and would recommend the resort to others. Pros Beautiful resort Beautiful spacious rooms Beach is great Pools great Gym great Staff friendly Cons Food and drink service on beach needs improvement. The staff is very nice but my biggest issue was staff coming to pick back up food once we were done so that we are not swarmed by birds. There is one beach staff person that stood out and took great care of us. Saskia was excellent. Ask for her if you are by the peach or pool. She is very friendly, attentive, accommodating, makes the best Pina Coladas and really does an excellent job of making sure the guest are well taken care of. I even observed her interaction with other guest. She really is amazing. Katherine was also great and took great care of us and was very attentive. Now these were not deal breakers for us but the service is lacking compared to other St. Regis’ I’ve stayed at (Aspen, Dubai and Bora Bora) I noticed there was rarely someone at the lobby to open the door. Again not a deal breaker for me but very noticeable and not on par with the brand and level of service expected. Front desk staff was great!! No complaints. Zariya was super helpful in helping us to reschedule our dinner reservation due to rain and offer up recommendations for other restaurants to try and we absolutely loved her recommendation. She was so patient and accommodating. The cons are just feedback. Love the resort and will totally return. Thanks St Regis Aruba for an amazing stay.

We are vacationing in Aruba and went to the Saint Regis for lunch, We were warmly welcomed at the front door and every team member we met on the way to the restaurant went out of their way to greet us, hold doors and make us feel so welcome!! We had lunch at the Saint Regis Eskama restaurant....We sat outside where the views of the beach and the ocean were spectacular! The service was amazing and the food was outstanding! We had the ceviche and it was some of the best I have ever had! For lunch we had the fish tacos and the smash burger, both were outstanding! We also had some of the specialty cocktails and all expertly mixed and were imaginative creations! I plan to return and enjoy more of the amazing service provided by all members of the team!

Just leaving St Regis today. Immaculately clean and the staff was incredible. Hats off to Joe and Ironolis at the pool/beach area. These are the people that make St Regis Aruba special. Didn’t rate overall a 5 because the Eskama seemed under staffed every morning and the Askira food was overrated- although the view from the restaurant was spectacular at sunset. I would come back for the Hotel but not to Aruba ever again. Getting through customs should never ever take this long - never again
