Palm Springs RV Resort

We traveled from Vancouver B.C Canada to Thousand Trails Palm Desert RV park.The staff here have gone over and above to help us with anything we needed help with. The park is very well maintained, clean including laundry rooms,pool and washrooms. I would definitely recommend this Park to everyone.

TT Palm Springs was very nice . T.T was a wonderful ranger with her bright smile greeting us when we arrived. We had been traveling for 6+ hours that day and she knew our family was tired. She helped us locate a space with a pad and gave us all the ins and outs of the park. She was very helpful. The recreation area was well stocked in toys and creative activities for the kids. The sites were clean and the showers and restrooms kept up. The pool was nice but I could tell that it needed some cleaning as the water was murky and looked a little green.

We enjoyed our time here. A big shout out to Rita and Bonnie the activity girls, very helpful, kind and happy. Great activities. Park could use some maintenance. Too many sites without power. Rangers are great but too short handed to make necessary repairs. Love the weather.

I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to Rita for an amazing two days of thrilling adult activities! Candy bingo was a blast, and I absolutely loved learning the innovative painting technique with alcohol. Carrie, your introduction of this unique method has truly inspired me. The exciting activities you have are exactly what makes my trips to Palm Springs TT as a solo traveler so special. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Travelling along the west coast of the US, we stay at many Thousand Trails. We come to the Palm Springs facility frequently. While the grounds are a bit on the tired side, the staff members are what make our stays excellent. Namely, Teresa in the administration office and ranger Glenn. Thanks for your hospitality. We'll be back in March.

I had a problem with booking online and had to call the office. Teresa answered on the first ring and was so, so pleasant and helpful. She sorted everything out for us right away and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. It's a clean campground, plenty of services nearby, friendly staff, lovely palm trees. The pool and spa are well cared for. There is a sensible area that we were directed to go to to unhook the toad so we could look for a spot, and we had no trouble parking our motor-home despite all those fabulous Palms. There are a lot of easy pull-through spaces if you don't mind 30amp service. This campground has lots of recycling bins, I find that really rare at TT locations. We have T-Mobile and had excellent speeds the entire stay. We'll be back often. :)
