My favorite park. Close to so many things to do. Hiking, biking, and great food. Fun activities with Amy & Brittany. Well organized and managed. Thanks.

Thousand Trails in Palm Springs is a dessert oasis. The staff are welcoming and attentive and the amenities are perfect after a day of exploring. This was my first solo tripand it couldn't have been more wonderful. The rangers were very friendly and helpful.... which was great for my anxious mind.

Upon arrival we were greeted by ranger T.T. . She was smiling and happy to check us in . T.T. Seeing the size of our motorhome realized we would not fight in the site assigned to us . She told us to wait a moment while she tried to find us a larger site . We always enjoy our time at Palm Springs rv resort . We love the fact that they have adult only actives . So few parks have that . We wish all rangers could tell by looking at your rv or trailer if you will fit in a site that was assigned for you . Good job ranger T.T.

We had such a great stay! Brian and T.T. went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was a breeze, and our spot had brand new 50-amp power and sewer hookups. The location near Palm Desert was convenient with restaurants, grocery stores, and more just down the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

Ranger T. T. was awesome when I checked in on November 9, 2025. She even called me back after I had some questions. Thousand Trails is very lucky to have T. T. as part of their staff!!!! Kudos to T. T.!!

Ranger T.T. extended a sincere greeting and welcome. We provided and she quickly read the papers requested. Check in was finished and she proceeded to tell us about the buildings, activities, schedules, and the activity director who created an amazing schedule. The printed papers and parking permits were provided, as well as the map toward our site. Ranger T.T. was attentive, kind, knowledgeable and calming. Her customer service attitude and smile were refreshing after a long drive.

Our stay is very nice, ranger TT was great and put us in a perfect space for our 42' 5th wheel! Thanks for the nice stay. We are very thankful you choose sites rather then driving around in tight quarters.
