Mercury Palms is a Tuscan Style home located in the exclusive Vista Las Palmas area of Palm Springs- conveniently located walking distance to downtown and hiking trails alongside the mountain. The home is more than 4250sf with 4 of the bedrooms offering access to private outdoor areas. The game room includes a pool table, spacious bar, 50" HDTV and fireplace. The Great Room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling, large entertainment center and massive fireplace. The master bedroom offers private balcony with city and mountain views as well as a separate lounge are to read or watch TV by a cozy stone fireplace. You'll enjoy 2 separate large outdoor areas- pool with BBQ, as well as a lush rear grass area for events and lounging. The entire home has been newly furnished so you'll be enjoying the most comfortable bedding and furniture available. This home is unlike anyplace you've ever stayed- absolutely private with spectacular views and amenities. You will have access to the entire home. The elevator is accessable for those not comfortable with or unable to use stairs. Please request elevator prior to arrival and we will be sure to activate equipment. Otherwise this feature is turned off. Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum overnight guests allowed are 12 Adults + 2 kids under 12 years. The location is extraordinary, the home decor is beautiful and comfortable, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool/hot tub was well used during our stay as was the pool table. There is a gorgeous outdoor grill which looked brand new. We had never visited Palm Springs before and we will definitely return. This home is great for large families, we needed to sleep 9, and the home was spacious, although the public spaces were very cozy. We could watch the Thanksgiving Day football games while relaxing in the hot tub.
