It is obviously disappointing when things go wrong during a hotel stay, but what makes luxury properties stand out, is that management goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel heard and satisfied with how problems are resolved. Unfortunately, this was not my experience during my hotel stay. The team is ill-equipped to trouble shoot and problem solve - customer service appears to be a low priority at this property. That said, the space is beautiful, and a few members of the team were very helpful and understanding.
