I’m so glad that I booked to stay at this hotel at the end of November. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered until I sadly came to the end of my visit. The staff in all departments were first class and a pleasure to encounter. My room was ideal in every way and the location of the hotel was very convenient for local facilities and also the centre of Palma. The restaurant provided an excellent menu and I chose to eat there for my breakfasts and several evening meals. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I sincerely hope that the opportunity arises before too long. Thank you to all the staff that made my stay so comfortable and memorable.

It’s a nice hotel for me and I’m travelling alone. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Just that I was assigned room 101 which was located beside the street and hotel staircase, therefore it was rather noisy till 10-11pm. Also, the work desk is small and cramp, which could hardly place my laptop and mouse. The bathroom had windows which were only covered by translucent pieces of curtains which lacked privacy. Anyway, it’s near to nice food, central bus terminal and shopping belt, so it’s all good!

Really nice, cute hotel. Comfy bed and clean. Great location!

일찍 도착해서 짐 맡기구, 나가려고 했는데 완전 럭키비키로 얼리체크인이 되었어요! 당시 체크인해주시던(이름은 모르지만 쏘 러블리였음) 직원분이 더 좋아해주셔서 기분이 더 좋았어유~ 주차장예약은 안하고 왔지만 자리가 있어서 하루에 15유로주고 맘편히 주차장이용했어요! 주차장은 좀 걸어야 하지만 근처거리에 주차자리 찾다가 하루 다갈꺼 같아서... 후회는 없어용 3박이 너무 아쉬울 만큼 좋았습니다 화장실 문이 쬐끔 안닫히고 열리는뎅.. 그냥 사용했어요~ 조식도 1인2메뉴라 배불리 먹었습니당 추천추천 왕추천!!!

Freundliche Mitarbeiterin am Empfang die mich auf ein Willkommensgetränk eingeladen hat. Das Hotel ist Zentral. Aber leider hört man jede Stimme und Türe vom Flur und nebenan. "Kingsizebed" bestand aus 2 matratzen mit einer spürbaren ritze in der mitte.

El hotel nos ha encantado. Habitaciones bonitas y un servicio de diez. Está a pocos minutos andando por una calle peatonal del centro de Palma. Muy recomendable

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und zentral. Sehr modern und das Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück auch sehr gut und das Gym perfekt für einen sportlichen Abend.

Великолепное местоположение отеля - основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Стильный и современный дизайн отеля не оставит вас равнодушным. Ресепшен работает круглосуточно, поэтому при выезде в 6:00 утра проблем не возникло. Персонал улыбчив и доброжелателен. В номерах не хватает тапочек и бутылки воды.

衞生：衞生比較好，毛巾都很乾凈。 設施：設施比較有年代感了。 服務：服務很熱情。 環境：住起來比較舒服。

非常好的酒店，交通方便，服務很好，私密度好，周圍有很多中餐，下次我再前往馬略卡島仍然會選擇這裏！
