Samaritana Suites

We've stayed at the Posada many times and decided for this trip to try the suites. I can only add to the praise that others have said already. This is a great place to stay in a brilliant area of Palma. The suite was comfortable, very clean , spacious and perfect as a base to explore Palma and beyond. The roof terrace a great place to relax as well (although the few steps up to it are pretty steep!) Great value and we will be back !!

We had a wonderful stay in the Samaritana Suites which are conveniently located in the centre of Palma. The suite was comfortable, quiet & clean. We enjoyed the self-catering element of the accommodation, whilst still being linked to the hotel. All the staff were most friendly and helpful, and we found housekeeping very efficient and not intrusive. The roof terrace with lovely views was always a treat.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful part of the old town. Away from the noise but still close to all the attractions & restaurants. The suite was beautiful & the breakfast buffet was the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed. The eggs menu was so imaginative. The roof terrace of the suites was the icing on the cake. An amazing experience all round.

Superbly comfortable and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We liked being close to the centre of town but away from the most touristy bit. We were able to use the facilities of the adjoining Posada Terra Santa which was nice.

Incredible, this is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in our two weeks in Spain across 6 properties. Any one of my favorite hotels ever. They do everything basic incredibly well, but they also master every detail of both the physical hotel and especially the service. We felt like VIP’s at every experience from our very late night check-in, the amazing breakfasts each morning, help from the front desk to schedule restaurants and taxis, and an amazing dinner at their restaurant. We stayed at Samaritana Suites, a sister property nextdoor to Posada Terra Santa. The room was incredible! Spacious, well appointed, incredible decorations, and everything just worked well as opposed to small inconveniences of other hotels that add up to bad experiences. The building and lobby are beautiful, a 500 year old building lovingly restored with an incredible restaurant. Well worth the $20 breakfast, trust me! The common areas and small but delightful pool on the roof were just icing on top. Thank you for the best stay of our trip!

Everything about Samaritana suites was exquisite. We booked hoping for a pleasant apartment and b&b experience and we were met with a 5 star hotel experience. Marco , Slava, Joseph and all of the staff were warm and welcoming and ready to help us with any questions. They helped us choose transportation and great restaurants all within close range. Breakfast was delicious with excellent variety, omelettes made to order and so well worth it. The room was clean modern with all amenities and the location within the historic center was charming and convenient.
