On this enchanting night in Mallorca, I found refuge in a seaside hotel, embraced by the invigorating Spanish breeze. Stepping into my spacious room, I was met with a panoramic view: a canvas of twinkling stars and the soothing rhythm of the waves. The hotel staff's impeccable service, marked by warm smiles and attentive care, bestowed upon me a sense of belonging. This stay was truly unforgettable, leaving me eager to return to this seaside haven.

Would have no hesitation recommending this amazing hotel in centre of Palma. Very quiet and peaceful in the hotel and on the rooftop pool area. Spa area small but soothing and stocked with soft drinks teas etc and was booked for exclusive use. Additional massage was possibly best ever. Marc Fosh restaurant tasting menu is exquisitely prepared with some unusual but beautiful paired wines. Best of all though were the staff. Joan and his colleagues could not have been friendlier or more attentive and nothing seemed to faze them. So knowledgeable of local things to do. The extra touches they provided to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary were very much appreciated. We will come back to Mallorca to try the other hotels in this group to see if they can match the high standards set here.

Fantastic hotel! Our 13 night stay at this extremely tasteful hotel was excellent. Perfect location for exploring the entire island and also enjoy Palma. The hotel offers parking. Spacious suites, very comfortable beds and good taste decor. Great breakfast. Extremely competent, friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed was promptly organized. Our thanks to the Management and Cristina, Frederica, Joan, Manuel and everyone else for their welcome, kindness and dedication. We will definitely be back. 100% recommended.

Exceptional- Superb hotel in old town. Quiet. Staff very friendly and professional. Came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. We will come again. Nothing more to add.. it was wonderful and can’t wait.

Beautiful hotel! It was built during the 17th century, and they have kept a lot of the existing structure but created a modern feel inside. The room was spacious and wonderfully designed and the beds were very comfortable. We had the buffet for breakfast which had such a beautiful arrangement of exotic fruits and juices. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s not often that I rate a hotel perfect, but we’ve just checked out this morning having had the most wonderful stay. Joan offered the best welcome on arrival and time was taken to offer us any drink we liked, do the check in, show us around the hotel, tell us it’s history and make sure we were happy with our room. Room 11 was lovely - spacious and with a gorgeous, private terrace and jacuzzi. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good choice. The rooftop pool is small bit refreshing, and whilst there were only 7 sunloungers, there are plenty of additional chairs and sofas. And most importantly, it was quiet so we slept well. Thanks also for the lovelies gift of a bottle of cava on ice! We would return in a heartbeat.

We have just returned from a wonderful three night stay. The hotel is brilliantly positioned for exploring Palma. At the end of a day out and about it is a beautifully tranquil place to return to, with luxury and comfort at every turn. The roof top terrace and pool is great for soaking up the last rays sun before heading out for something to eat. The staff are all amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay perfect.

We took the recommendation of friends to stay at this hotel whilst visiting Palma for the first time and were not disappointed. From the minute we were greeted by friendly, courteous, attentive staff, we were made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring all the main sites and wandering the maze of old town streets,being on a quiet street just off the busy thoroughfares. Breakfasts are among the best we have eaten anywhere worldwide, with a plethora of perfectly ripe exotic fruits and juices and a mouth watering array of the very best Spanish patisserie as well as items perfectly cooked to order. Served in the Marc Fosh restaurant dining room on the ground floor, it's a lovely airy space. Dinner at the Michelin starred restaurant is a must during any stay; the cooking was by far the best we came across in Palma. We had a duplex room facing the street, which remained cool through the heat of the day. Building renovation work opposite did mean some noise in the mornings, but the hotel couldn't be faulted for that. Otherwise, the bar was a cooly hip space for a pre- dinner drink and the roof terrace provided a relaxing space to read or sunbathe on loungers or seating, sip a drink and watch the masses of swifts cartwheel overhead. Bliss! We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to re- book for any future visit to such a delightful city.
