Best location, best food and great service. The room was so clean and their amenities and service is the best you can find. All the good eateries and stores are in walking distance and you will be right in the centre of Palma. I loved the hotel and it is great value for money.

房間是老式的西班牙一字型格局，進門就是衞生間，然後淋浴室，衣帽間跟洗漱台，床，陽台。
看圖片覺得是小清新的精品5星，沒有用酒店的洗護所以沒有注意什麼牌子！但是！房間很不乾淨！！！吹風機上都是灰！沒有抽紙！鏡子架上也都是一層灰！一次性拖鞋上沒有包裝，也是滿滿一層灰！床單上有長長的頭髮，個人有輕微的潔癖，用滾刷滾了十幾遍，依舊有毛屑，粘紙依然呈灰褐色！床非常的不舒服！！！極度塌陷，幾乎成塔尖形，中間高，倆邊凹！因為白天有事，所以check in時已經凌晨了，酒店門口，沒有任何人！按了門鈴，才有人開門，確沒有告知前台在幾樓，電梯上衹寫了roof，又需要房卡才能上去，衹能重新出去按門鈴，前台小哥哥陪我們去房間的時候還説這個空調是之前設定的冷風，一直擱置到現在沒有換過！所以是去年夏天設定的冷氣，房間空置到今年春天了？因為沒有入住率？所以才這麼便宜嗎？這家酒店是精品公寓，絕對沒有5星酒店的標準！
第二天早上11:20的時候房間突然被人打開，把我們驚醒！先生打電話問前台確認check out時間我們有沒有弄錯！結果前台接電話的小哥哥用非常不禮貌的語氣説是12點，所以你還有半個小時的時間！！真的是……後來12點check out的時候是個女生接待的，這裏表揚一下，態度非常友好，各種噓寒問暖！
但是不推薦這家酒店！！愛乾淨的小夥伴們，避雷！

We had brunch in the hotel with excellent service and great selection of dishes. The view from the roof terrace is spectacular, don’t miss this place We had Egg Benedict, French Omelette, fresh fruit and pancakes, everything soooo good.

Superb location our room, 42, overlooked the Passeig del Born with its designer shops, restaurants and street entertainers, always bustling never noisy. The bed in our room was large and extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and Thursday is a special night at the hotel we ate on the roof terrace as the sun went down. We thought the staff were the best we have known anywhere they were like family to us. We hope to go back soon

This is our second trip to Mallorca and both times we've stayed at the Nivia Born Boutique hotel. The first time we chose it for its perfect location and reasonable price. We chose it the second time because we so enjoyed the attentive (7x24) staff, the wonderful rooms, the restaurant, & roof top terrace. It's everything you want and need packed into a very small space (4 rooms per floor).

Excellent hotel, centrally situated. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Good choice at breakfast. Only minor feedback would be the basins the room were too small - a lot of water splashed, but nothing that would stop us returning. Roof top terrace great for views across to the cathedral and sea.

What a fantastic experience. From the location of the hotel, perfectly well located to walk everywhere in the center, to the charming hotel itself...the staff were extremely warm and nice, always at your service to help you with anything you need. The terrace is stunning and the food is extremely tasty and fresh. Besides this, the hotel room is just beautifully decorated, modern but cozy...with everything you need. Another thing I would like to point out is that even thought it is super central, the hotel is very quiet so you can rest super well. Finally...best beds I have ever slept in. I even asked the concierge where I could buy the mattress! Honestly, 10/10 experience. Will be back for sure!

The manager and her staff provide a friendly and professional environment to create a brilliant base to enjoy the beautiful city. The location is perfect for this experience. The 24 room 8 storey hotel has a great rooftop terrace overlooking the Basilica. Restaurant menu and organic fresh food concept compliments the ethos of the hotel. Certainly would use again if in Majorca.

Stellar service from check-in, bell service, to valet. A glass of champagne and personalized handwriten notes to welcome our arrival added a nice touch to a comfy and cozy room. I was blown away by the hotel's central location to many high end shops and restaurants. I would love to stay an extra night!
