Really great location and felt very safe with access to the rooms and main building were with your own hostel card. Generally quite clean but floors could have been cleaner. Good shower facilities but not many sinks (3) and hand dryers (1) for the amount of showers and toilets there were (6/8). Kitchen facilities really well equipped and clean. Overall would recommend for a short stay.

They require guests to check in by themselves and register online, which is very rude.Forcing customers to leave their bank card numbers is risky.

팔마 시내에 있어 공항버스 타기에 매우 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 또한 바다까지 걸어서 15분 정도라 야경 보고 밤바다 보기에 완벽합니다. 호스엘 체크인이 2시부터라 더욱 좋고 키오스크로 셀프 체크인합니다 직원이 친절했습니다. 타월이랑 샤웡용품이 제공되지 않으니 챙겨오세요. 생각보다 시끄럽기는 하지만 신경쓰일 정도는 아니라 다음에 팔마에 간다면 또 이용할 예정입니다. 근처에 메르까도나 슈퍼가 있고 브런치 먹기에 매우 좋은 카페가 있어요!!

Das Zimmer liegt in der Nähe der Straße und es ist etwas laut

Situated in a quieter 'less cool' area of the city, it is affordable and the closest hostel to public transport links. The hostel includes an outside seating area and basic balcony. There are kitchens to use, but you have to pay €5 for the hostel to look after your baggage if you arrive early. It can be noisy outside until around 11pm, with a large playground/sports pitch situated nearby. I shared a 4-bed mixed dorm. The experience often comes down to who you meet, and in November it is quiter than at other times of the year. I slept well on 2 out of 3 nights, but on the final night one young lady's phone alarm started going off at 6am (sound and lights flashing). She didn't wake up at all, but everyone else did. We had to shake her awake and she turned her alarm off. 5 mins later, this happened again. And again. She just kept snoozing it, not waking up and the rest of us were now wide awake! We ended up having to ask reception to put an end to it twice. But the receptionist seemed to be unable to use her authority to get this relentless noise to stop. One of the room guests gave up at 6.30 and just stormed out the hostel. At 7am the lady finally got up, turned all the lights on in the room, and made a racket. She was one of the worst people I have ever had the misfortune of sharing a room with. She didn't apologise once. This is not necessarily a reflection on the hostel itself, and this certainly doesn't happen every night. But it is a warning of what *can* happen, and how little the hostel can act. It was mostly full of Germans, and I made a friend with one of them (we ended up going out for food/drinks the next day). They also hire out bikes for €15 euros, which is certainly competitive. All in all, pretty mixed.

Worst hostel experience ever. When we tried to check in t 22.30 to the dobbelroom we hade paid more then 200 Euros. The guy in the reception told us tht we could not stay there as he was only 14 and claimed we hade shared rooms.. The hotel policy is 14 but he claimed it was 16 years. I advised him to read the regulation on the web page of the hotel and our booking. He had to admit he was wrong. Then he charges us city tax for the 14 year old boy but only a person of 16 years can be charged city tax. The dobbelroom with bath and kitchen was nice furnished. But when we tried to sleep we had a new problem. The windows of the rooms does not close so all the talking (smoking??) from the people in the atrie bellow makes it difficult to sleep. I went down to complain but the guy in the reception told me he that the leader of the hotel wanted it to be open all night. It was not possible to tell the people to be respectfull to the people since they will start again after 5 minutes..He pointed to the machine were i could buy something to put in me ears to sleep. At 03.00 still lots of talking like a nachspiel scene and not possible to sleep.

Hostel life clean trendy good value for money excellent location 10 mins to central bus station connections all over the island supermarket opposite Spanish bar next door for breakfast. Highly recommend formentor beach in the north. Paradise.

I was attending a yoga course in Binnisalem, which is about 30 minutes away by train. The apartment is very modern, and simply decorated in shades of white and cream, with a large bathroom. It was designed for a couple, but I was on my own. There was space for me to use my yoga mat in the evenings. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a square outside where people play football or other games, but they stop around 8.30pm, and then it is quiet. There are several food shops within 5 minutes walk. The station is about 8-10 minutes walk, and the transport was easy to use - just check in and out with a contactless bank card. The admin staff are helpful, and the apartment is serviced every other day. There is a microwave and dishwasher. There weren't instructions on how to use the cooker, but I got it to work by trial and error. I also couldn't find any TV or films in English, so used my tablet to watch films. They could have supplied a better bottle opener, as all the wine comes in bottles with corks (no screw tops). The bed was very comfortable. I loved the window shutters, which allow for about four variations of how to adjust air flow/light. There is air conditioning.

I was in Palma for holidays/looking for work (yachts). The location is perfect as you got the bus stops very closed by (Plaza España). And I preferred to be in the centre. I felt safe there. The hostel was clean and the people was very nice and helpful whenever I needed something. I was in a room for two people. Isn’t the cheapest but I appreciated to have my space after long walks.

Came here in April and stayed for a couple of days in a mixed-dorm room for 4. This place is about 15 min walk to the city centre, more if you want to do some sightseeing closer to the sea. It's a fairly quiet area, supermarkets and bars/coffee places are nearby and there are loads of bus stops within 7-9 min walking. I liked the decoration/layout of the place a lot. Their pics here on Tripadvisor look a little different (at least when we came) but you can see that they put in some effort in making it look nice. There are 2 terraces on the top and a cozy patio near the reception. The big kitchen is very well equipped (there's another small one upstairs). I've never seen that many fridges in a hostel and I liked the system of labelling your food by providing stickers (still, someone stole mine unfortunately) and also having common things such as oil, spices etc. Bathrooms were clean, spacious and also provided stuff you might have forgotten to bring with you. Only downside for me really was the size of the room. It was way too small for 4 people (having the window open is a must). Last but not least, the people at the reception were lovely! Summary: Plus: Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood, good walls, common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, reception, terrace, decoration. Minus: Dead mosquitos on the wall (could have been taken off before new people arrive), small room (for 4), bike rental too expensive (same as scooters). Some of the other things is not their fault. If I ever come back, I'd stay here again for sure!!

Amazing experience there. The hostel is nice, comfortable, cleaned and the rooms are so spacious with lockers inside. The terrace is beautiful where you can connect with other people. Just that I don’t like is the hostel charge for keeping safe the luggage. But one highlight is they gift an ice cream one time per stay, it’s delicious.

The staff were very helpful and helped me and my friend to book night by night. The guests were fun and friendly even though we were oldies. The hostel is near the bus station both for local buses or the bus, metro and train.
