Can Savella - Turismo de Interior

I messaged days before arrival to say we would have bags we would need to leave as we arrived at 11am but check in not until late afternoon. Asked if we could leave bags in room while being cleaned and was told there were lockable cabinets. Asked how to utlise them and if someone would be on site and was told that the keys would be in the cabinet and really obvious on arrival. Well surprise surprise go there and no keys in cabinets. Please note there are only 6: 2 big (for big suitcases) and 4 small (cabin bag sized) so if all apartments are full with multiple occupants there would never be enough for everyone and its a 'first come first grab the key' situation which they failed to make clear. We had to call the contact number and were told we could instead leave bags in the room, so we did that and hurriedly changed clothes as going to beach club for the day so just took what we needed for that. Got home later evening and went to check in (you cannot do it early so we were not able to do it when there in the afternoon) on the machine but it wanted our passports which were in the room. Called the contact number repeatedly without answer. No emergency contact or issue instructions and nobody on site, everything just automated. We were getting really really stressed as 8.30 at night and supposed to be going out for dinner then out. Finally after multiple tries we got through and explained we had spoken to them earlier and hadnt been abel to utlise the cabinets so had left stuff in the room which meant we couldnt check in as didnt have passports. They were not listening to a single theing we said and just kept on insisting on trying to talk us through how to use the machine so we did it and then we we got to the bit with having to enter the passport number we said ok how are we supposed to do this as we dont have our passports. They prvoided they hadnt listened as they started to lecture us about how we couldnt be travelling with passports. We then had to explain this was all their fault, they had told us tehre was a left luggage space and that had not been available as promised so we had left our stuff in the room as directed and now had no access to our passports. Finally the penny dropped and we got an apology and told how to access a spare keycard to allow us to finally check in. Apart from this points of note: shower floods if you use the rainfall head so we could only use handheld no mirror anywhere but bathroom which is crap for 2 girls getting ready no full length mirror to check outfit no luggage stands no parasol on the terrace so its too hot for most of the day curtain on way to terrace not securly fixed so falls off constantly air con in the bedroom screams on high On check out we were waiting for rain to get off and clearner kept trying to interrogate us, and honestly it was so effing annoying. Eventually we understood that after badgering us for 30 minutes she wrongly assumed we were trying to check in and wanted in the room
