It is clean and equipment for cooking. But the balcony is lack of private room. Your neighbors and opposite sides could see you directly.

Fabulous hotel, all very new. Room was a very good size with lots of plug and USB sockets. Reception staff always helpful.

Can't say enough about these apartments. Beautifully styled from the entrance , through the bar and pool area up the spiral staircase ( lift available) to the accommodation.We stayed in a first floor Studio Apartment overlooking pool. So well equipped if you want to cater for yourself and roomy enough for 2 with a good sized balcony. Location is excellent, close to large supermarket (just up the street) . Minutes from beach, restaurants and transport, right in centre of Palmanova. Lovely staff and spotlessly clean.

Gorgeous hotel. Great location, gets the sun all day. Really quiet despite proximity to bars and restaurants. The staff are lovely and rooms are immaculate, the house keeping staff do a great job. The apartments have everything you would need and the lounge area has a really reasonably priced bar/cafe.

Recently stayed here with 7 other girls for 3-night hen getaway! 30 minute transfer from the airport, extremely friendly staff. Lovely self-catering rooms but the hotel sells nice food for around the pool and there is also nice cafes and restaurants situated next to the apartments (walking distance). We were a 5min taxi from Gringos Bingo and walked to Nikki Beach Club. There is also some bars next to the apartments if you want to stay away from the Magaluf strip. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel with clean and bright rooms. The staff are so friendly, always smiling - especially Roberta and Cristina at reception, they are the best! Good choice of food and drinks at the pool too. 10/10 hotel, I would definitely come here again!

Lovely clean, modern, relaxed hotel. Could always get a sunbed and excellent location for everything. Staff friendly and helpful. A small grocery shop right next to the hotel and lovely restaurants near by. We will be returning next may. Thankyou.

Fab wee boutique type apartments, spotlessly clean with nice and modern decor. The staff were excellent and very helpful and polite. We've stayed in several of the luxury hotels in the area and wouldn't hesitate to return to these apartments instead. Only thing to point out was that there were quite a few hen parties there and also big groups of mainly women, all of which very well behaved and just having a good time. However there was quite a rowdy mixed group there who took over the pool area and were very loud and swore a lot, it didn't bother my hubby or me but it would have if we'd had kids with us and we noticed there were families there who left the pool area whenever that group would arrive. We felt the staff should have maybe asked them to tone it down a bit. Other than that we had absolutely no issues and would highly recommend.

The apartments were quite basic but were clean and fresh. Beds were great. The hotel was friendly and well equipped. We didn’t feel cramped. The atmosphere was laid back and very enjoyable It was very good value for money and would definitely recommend it.
