Lovely hotel, staff, etc. Close to the beach. But their sausages at breakfast were crap. I was hoping to have some lovely Spanish sausages like I had when I went to Calella , but no. Horrible bland processed crappy bangers. Nearly ruined my weekend.

The Good: Friendly reception staff , rooms very clean, pool quiet, plentiful sun beds, beds & pillows comfy; poolside bar food and eco token for poolside drinks- reusable cups stops litter (shoukd do same for) . We were on second floor poolside and room quiet. The bad: No water in room for late arrivals and bar closed. €10 per day for room safe. Restaurant food. Entertainment. Children's pool - too small and no slides etc. air con even on high didn't cool room.

Let’s start with the price of a safe…€10.50 PER NIGHT. Surely hotels should be encouraging guests to use these!! total rip off. Throughout the hotel it’s clear there is a lack of staff, 2 tokens per person are issued to you to use at pool bar, these are returned to you when you’ve queued to return your plastic cups, this is to save staff collecting them, because there is no staff the tables and chairs don’t get cleaned so are covered in bird s**t Entertainment was rare and poor, the animation guy spent more time checking room numbers in dining room than he did in entertainment lounge. Glasses not collected in lounge til late on when the staff have finished in dining room, and then requiring to push round a very large trolley to collect so many glasses Food was ok but nothing great and repetitive, breakfast juices were poor just squash out of a machine and coffee awful. Top tip : If you choose to sit at the bottom end of the dining room get a larger table than you need as you will need somewhere to pile your dirty plates as the staff don’t like going down to that area

Just came back after 4 days all inclusive me and my partner we are in our 40s so opend minded and never moan but had to write this to warn other people really never again was more like 2 star arrived at 3am in morning couldn't get a drink of water apart from a water machine in canteen or asked to use vending machine that was the start room was fine small so lived out our cases on the unit in room air con just blew hot air around room slept with balcony door open for 4 days fridge was warm .staffs attitude is terrible food was only good thing drink only aloud vodka,gin,whisky or rum or 1 choice of lager if you have kids and there fussy eaters the snack bar shuts at 6 even in restaurant there was no chicken nuggets or anything like that for kids or fussy eaters was really bad rain we were made to sit outside near pool because snack bar was there under jumbrellas with holes In so leaked through instead of having the decency to open the bar inside where it was dry then the sun came out was lovely and hot on the afternoon they then shut pool at 6 kicking kids out the pool and other residents instead of leaving it open due to bad weather thought they might have been a bit more accommodating the life guard wasn't even paying attention to the pool there were cracked tiles around pool.we asked for towels and toilet roll and were told by reception that we can only get these once a day when cleaners come they missed us for 2 days hence why we asked was a right carry on lifts say 6 people lucky if u can get 3 people in ridiculously slow and dated was easier taking stairs then people with bicycles were coming in lifts with there bikes as well was like faulty towers huge language barrier kept getting drinks mixed up staff miserable and not helpful like they didn't want to be there would never go back and this is the first review I've ever wrote about anywhere just thought I need to warn people here I took a chance and back fired on us not happy at all with this place stay away

Just bk from this hotel what can I say ..disappointed really 3 ladies sharing a room checked in late at night so just made the most of room 111.....very squeezed together 3 beds in a row and 1 was a put u up bed...not comfy.. .complained next morning and what a surprise a family room was available so much better 3 proper beds....but £50 euro xtra......Food ok...drinks disappointed u cam only get 2 at a time there was 5 of us so 3 had to queue all time ....forget dri ks in bar at night far to busy...plus pink gin baileys not included....no kettle....no fridge ....for a 4 star it's pretty bad and won't return....far nicer hotels in area....shame as its in Nice position...pool nice but closes at 6pm....won't return.

We stayed at this hotel from 30th September to 7th October. On arrival the room looked clean but on a closer look around it wasn’t as clean as we thought. A lady’s razor was found in the shower and the floor had floss and hair behind the door all floors were unclean. The standard of cleaning needs to be addressed for a hotel chain of this size. The food was not very good. If you are taking children to this hotel make sure you feed them off the complex as their nothing for kids to eat apart from chips pizza or pasta unless you go to the snack bar and get hotdogs and burgers. The one thing that we found is the staff are very nice and friendly and the entertainment was good
