We recently stayed at this hotel under the impression that I was booking a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive holiday — unfortunately, that couldn’t have been further from the reality. Positives: the hotel was clean, which is always appreciated, and the housekeeping staff did a decent job keeping the rooms tidy. But sadly, that’s where the compliments end. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was incredibly dull. There was no music, no vibe, and certainly no entertainment to speak of. It felt more like a waiting room than a holiday destination. In fact, we found ourselves going out all the time just to find something to do, as boredom set in quickly. The food was a major letdown. The choices were very limited, food was often lukewarm at best, and shockingly, I even spotted undercooked chicken — a serious health concern. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were equally disappointing — low quality and very limited in variety. We ended up spending a lot of extra money eating and drinking out, which completely defeats the point of booking all-inclusive in the first place. It felt like you had to pay for everything despite supposedly having it all covered. Pool towels weren’t free, and even pens for bingo came at a charge — something I’ve never experienced before. The hotel seemed to have strict, almost controlling rules. They put a chain around the pool, restricting access, and at midnight we were basically kicked out of the bar area with staff jingling keys around us — despite them still serving drinks moments earlier. Some of the staff were polite, but many came across as miserable and unwelcoming. Customer service was lacking, and the whole experience felt more transactional than hospitable. Honestly, for the amount of money we spent on this “all-inclusive” holiday — plus the extra we were forced to spend outside the hotel — we would’ve been far better off booking self-catering and choosing where to spend our money ourselves. This hotel really needs to reconsider what it’s offering under the all-inclusive banner. Right now, it’s misleading, poor value for money, and far from relaxing or enjoyable.

Just returned from a five night break with friends. Hotel is very clean and staff were all lovely, I had read a few reviews after booking about the food not being good, I could not fault the food one bit, so much to choose from. We never did try the snack bar as was always still full! The atmosphere was lovely especially around the pool through out the day. We had a slight problem with the air con, they had someone up within 10 minutes and had it fixed. There is so many bars, restaurants and shops and the beach within a five min walk. The one and only thing we would have changed is for the night entertainment to start earlier than 9:30pm. Would definitely return again

Firstly, hotel was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. The beds were really comfortable. Downside is maids start cleaning and talking loudly on the corridors from half six in the morning. Breakfast and dinner was ok but evening meals were disgusting, we were served raw pork and chicken, cold fish and not much choice. When we complained the manager told us to put it in the microwave (the plates didn’t even fit) this is probably the worst hotel I’ve been to for food. The drinks were flat and the all inclusive cocktails were warm cordial with vodka poured in. We were behind 4 other families complaining about the good. I would never come back to this hotel, staff in the bar and around the pool are miserable, if you’ve booked this hotel then bring extra cash to eat out, I would only compare it to pigs swill!!
