Great stay , pleasant room with commodities. The staff was sweet and helpful. Few improvements like a telephone is required and also some pest controlling. A nice budget friendly place to stay definitely recommended. No thanks

It is a good place to stay as its location is good. The property is new and quite clean. The stuffs are helpful. But the main issue is the number of stuff is quite low than it's required. The rooms don't have any intercom to connect to the reception. And as the hotel does not have any restaurants you have to order food from outside and need to go to the reception to collect it. Though the construction is new but it's age old air-conditioners make huge noise.

Room was good but no telephone service in rooms we should go down and inform them if we want anything also breakfast was not tat great. No up i services at hotel for payment purpose

Newly renovated, very clean, courteous staff, calm location. Economical too. The attached nanbai cafe serves fresh.

Hopeless management. So many rat are seen in the room. We can't sleep at night. Rat are damaged our food and cosmetics. Horrible stay. No any room service is there. Very very bad experience. I have taken some photos all so for this matter.

Service and facilities are overwhelming. But, the quantity of the food they serve for the breakfast won't be sufficient for most of the people. They can give at least the pepper and butter while serving bread omelette. Except this the hotel staff and service is all good.

My stay at palm air by goa stays was a good experience. The rooms and washroom are spotless and well maintained. The staff ( especially the staff at reception) were very supportive, helpful and well behaved. The property is near the miramar circle which makes it easy to connect and travel to other tourist places.

Not happy with the facilities provided, at all. The rooms were not cleaned. There's no workstation. No hot water. The bed & pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
