There was black mold in the ice. The room was dirty.

The front desk service was pretty rude! The room was alright but service not so much!

Great place to stay with great location They also have a good little breakfast

This hotel was dirty and had a bad smell to the place. The shower and toilet was not working properly. The hallway and room carpet was nasty and not cleaned. I was told that the pool was not to be used. The WiFi also had problems. One of the worst places I ever stayed. The pictures are nothing like this place looks. No cancel policy, if you book you have no way of getting your money back.

床單很臟，通知了也不打掃!

一進去樓道就是臭烘烘的味道，裏面房間床單被罩都是漏洞的，臟兮兮，地面地毯更不用説，同樣的臟，衞生間超級馬桶歪的，裏面水都不乾淨。進去十分鐘，換地方不住了。雖然不能退錢。那也住不下去。

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! My sister & I attempted to stay here last night 6/4/24... The first room they put us in was dirty... not cleaned. So we went up to the front desk & the lady put us in another room. The second room had a bad odor & the comforter had burn holes on it. We were so tired we were just going to over look those things. BUT... NOT EVEN 2 hours after falling asleep I was woken up but something biting me! I looked & found 2 bed bugs. I got up and got some toilet paper & was able to locate & kill 1. We immediately got our stuff & went to the front desk to check out & asked about a refund especially since we weren't even there 2 hours! This was around midnight... That front desk lady was rude! She didn't care. I showed her the bed bug... She didn't even want to look at it. She knew about the problem. She took our info & was supposedly going to give it to her "manager". I called back to talk to the "manager" which is the owner & he tried to deny the bed bugs. I told him I have pictures. He didn't care & refused a refund. I told him that I was going to turn him into the attorney general & bbb he told me I could do whatever I wanted. This hotel is filthy!! Don't do it!! You'll regret it like we do.

Warning, do not stay.The rooms were very nastyThe best sheets the carpet was so long stained I don't want to walk on it the bath room had hair all over it we had to buy cleaning supplies to clarify the bathroom and spray to get the smell out of the room there was cigarette butts in the hallway. Coming off the first floor to the second floor you could smell cigarette smoke. When I Clearly ask for non-smoking rooms.And when I got there and told them that they said that's all they had i booked these room three days in advance.mine kids had rooms there they ended up going buying new sheets to put on there beds I just throw my blankets I have had with me and sleeped on them. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE.

Days Inn & Suites was very nice, had a great room with a hot tub, which was VERY nice and a great king size bed which was very adequate and comfortable. Thank you very much.
